      On Sunday, October 6th, 2024, at 7:34:44 PM, I purchased $20 worth of gas at ********************************* on pump number 3. I selected 87 octane fuel and began pumping gas into my vehicle. After starting the pump, I waited inside my vehicle for the gas to finish dispensing. Once the pump stopped, I replaced the nozzle and started my vehicle, only to realize that no gas had been dispensed. Despite the pump indicating the transaction was complete, my vehicles fuel gauge showed no change.I have clear video and photographic evidence that the gas did not pump and that this issue is not related to my vehicle. Additionally, I have receipts that verify the transaction and proof that my vehicle's fuel gauge is functioning correctly.When I returned to the gas station to resolve the issue, the manager informed me that nothing could be done, stating that since the pump showed gas was dispensed, they could not assist me further. I have recorded evidence of this conversation as well.I was supposed to receive 7.4 gallons of gas but received none. I am seeking a resolution in the form of either a refund or the proper amount of gas I paid for.

      Our pumps are equipped with a liquid meter that does not register fuel pumped without liquid actually flowing through it.  Our manager verified with video surveillance footage, along with a visual inspection of the pump, that the customer did in fact pump the fuel into his vehicle.  Our manager also performed a visual inspection with him as he pumped fuel from another pump into his vehicle.  During this pumping session his vehicle's fuel gauge was observed not registering the fuel that had been pumped and the needle was moving sporadically.  After our investigation from corporate headquarters, we believe that the customer has a mechanical issue with his vehicle and that he did receive the $20 worth of fuel that he paid for.  We will be unable to issue the customer a refund at this time.  We value our customers and really hope that he will continue to be a customer of the Oxford **********************.

      So I purchased a pack of Marlboro black with the red stripe shorts supposed to be dollar off they rang up the same price as the non-dollar off packs. I was trying to purchase quarters because thats all I had at the time they refused to take the quarters.
