      My wife got permission from the store clerk and the manager on duty to leave her car parked in the parking lot while she rode with coworkers to a class. The store agreed and told her it would be fine. While my wife was gone to class the business had her vehicle towed, which resulted in us having to pay $270.00 to get it out of impound. I called the store and they said my wife did not park exactly where they told her to (she was very close to the area they said). Since she did not park in the exact spot they said, they said they had the right to have her vehicle towed. They told my wife to park by the dumpsters, which she parked close to them, but the lady that was the manager on duty said it wasn't directly beside them so they had it towed. I am complaining because they told my wife she could leave the car and then they towed it causing us a large expense. The business should make this right, but the manager seemed like a know it all and also seemed to be very incompetent. They should make this right, because not everybody has $270.00 laying around especially because someone went back on their word.
