      May 4, 2023 screen rm was completed.. May 9th called company sent pic as special s**** was missing.. After waiting 2 wks with no response I finally purchased.. **************** is only 8 minutes away.. July 2023 I noticed by drip sounds, leaking.. Lifted new carpet to find large puddles of water from previous days rain. Called and spoke with owner.. He informed me workers were busy but would stop by to repair.. As he mentioned it was probably the overhead pans a 15 minute fix.. I called spoken with owner once a week since.. Finally I sent owner pics of water puddle 9-11-23 asking if maybe he could send someone else since he kept saying the person who did my screen room was out of town.. Owner assured me another tech who is at the shop all the time would swing by. Now 12 phones calls and text mssgs later( placed once a wk ) owner will not even respond.. Tku for your quick response as rainy season is now upon me.. *****

      I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I had them install a patio roof extension and screen, in addition to adding gutters in January 2023. The installers did a poor job on the gutters. The brackets looked like a child had cut them with rusty scissors, and the gutters themselves were crooked. They insisted repeatedly over 4 months that they're guys would be out to take care of it. In addition, the roof leaks in 2 spots. I got up on a ladder March 15, 2023 to see what the problem could be, and that is when I discovered that they didn't even install a cover on top, they had left bare brackets! I've left countless messages and texts in the last 2 months, to which I've yet to receive a response. I Googled the phone numbers on their web page, and found that they have multiple webpages under different company names, but the same phone numbers and pictures. I tried calling all of those numbers. I found that half of them do not exist, and the ones that do go through go right to voicemail, with the same person on every number saying that he'll call you back. His name is ******. I looked at their addresses that you mind for them on HOUZZ or any Google search. I found one today in Baton Rouge. Guess what, it's actually a church. I'm willing to bet that the licenses that they claim to have in multiple states do not exists either. Either way, my next step is to file a civil suit against them for fraud. I've already been in contact with Consumer Protection Agencies in all of the states that they claim to do business in.

      On January 12, 2023 they came out and installed a patio cover and 2 days after the installation the patio leaked when it rained. I let them know and the response I received from ****** ******* was as follow: If the rotten ass fascia you have would have been in the forest shape. Maybe it would seal the correct way The 1st time!! (This was the response I received from ***** ******* when I told him my new patio covering was leaking.) So they don't tell you you have a problem they may cause problems later they just put the cover up and take the payment and run!
