      About 6 yrs ago we had a patio installed on our home in ********. Day one the enclosure leaked. We called for 6 months straight to get the issue resolved and they always had an excuse as to why they would not be able to get out and correct the issue. Recently we has a home inspection done and they said the flashing was improperly installed. We called a company to come out and caulk the enclosure to stop the leaking. That company sent out a contractor to do the work. *** does not guarantee caulking but if we woul agree to flashing at $700 it woul have a lifetime warranty. We couldn't remember the name of the original installer, little did we know it was the same person we called about caulking. Turns out there is a business sticker on top of the patio that states it was installed by AAA ALUMINUM ENCLOSURES. They state lifetime warranty on the flashing but that's not the case at all. The caulking was leaking that was just done but he doesn't warranty $350 caulking ,he only warranties $750 flashing. When I pointed out to him he was the original installer, therefore he should have installed new flashing correctly he said he didn't know about doing all that. Turns out he does business under different names here in the Gulf Coast area. They do shoddy work and do not stand behind their warranties. We are senior citizens and live on a fixed income. So we are out several thousand dollars and will end up spending much more to have it fixed correctly.. Don't do business with Gulf Coast Patio and Screen or AAA Aluminum enclosures. They are the same company
