      Do not buy from these guys! Purchased an item with absolute promise it would be delivered normal business hours today, 3 days later! Item shows up at my address ready to unload today only to discover it is broken. Miskellys then tried to set up delivery next WEEK! Terrible Customer service!! Said it would take 6 hours to get another here when it is only 2 hours away. Pitiful

      We apologize for not meeting expectation with your recent purchase.  While not the norm, accidents can occur, and we are very sorry that was the case with your delivery. Due to the inconvenience this caused, we are refunding your delivery fee by the method of original payment.  We very much appreciate your business and do hope you will accept this as the gesture of goodwill it is intended.

      worst ever in business i ever dealt with on mattress sales and returns

      I am sorry Mr. ***** is unhappy with any transactions involving his mattress. I find a claim filed last March that upon inspection did not qualify as a defect under the factory warranty. If he feels the concern reported last year has worsened, he is welcome to file a new claim. A claim form can be found on our website at www.Miskellys.com. If he scrolls to the bottom of the page, it is found under Services. If he is unable to locate the claim form, he is welcome to reach out to our customer service department at 601-933-6000.

      I do not recommend this company. I purchased nearly five-thousand dollars worth of furniture. They delivered improperly sized baseboards & were unable to tell me when they could send the correct ones. I couldn’t believe a business as large as Miskelly was unable to resolve such a simple issue. Trying to communicate with them was so frustrating that I cancelled my entire order & went to another company.

      We are very sorry for any shortcomings we may have had on the delivery and set up of the recently purchased bed. We always wish to exceed expectation, and in this instance, it is clear we did not. While we regret the customer's decision to purchase elsewhere, we are pleased a retailer was found to meet her needs.

      I bought a $2,000 sofa and chair from Miskelly and the sales person sold me a protection plan and ASSURED me that if something were to happen to my sofa or chair that the plan would replace it. Not fix it, not look at it, REPLACE IT! I recently called them because my step daughter has the exact same sofa and chair and had a problem with it and they came out and replaced cushions and pillows for her. When I registered a complaint they refused me. I think that’s pretty unprofessional and really says a LOT for a furniture company that is supposed to be a good and reputable company. I’ll NEVER buy another piece of furniture from them again!!!

      I brought a bed some parts was missing the headboard stand was missing. How can i put up a bed without a headboard stand. I call customer service about the parts they told me it gone to be 8 to 12 weeks before i receive it. There warehouse is in Pearl Mississippi i live in Mississippi why is it taking so long tell me.

      I took off of work to be available for a delivery. Communication was done between myself and an online bot per text on the drivers status. So my message reads driver here! I'm waiting for a knock at the door in hopes that my furniture was in hand and not even 5 minutes later I get a message that reads customer unavailable. After that I received a link and within this link is a picture of a playground near the complex which I don't live in a playground. The front office also not my address and a random parking lot which is not my lot nor do I reside on a parking lot. So, no actual contact with my residence or myself was made. I call customer service and was told they are trying to reach thr driver and when they do I will be notified. An hour later no update so I contact them again and am told I have to re schedule due to no fault of my own. This is frustrating, unprofessional and if no responsibility had a face it would be their delivery drivers. Taking off from work yet again is ludicrous, I was where I was supposed to be at the correct time frame and because the drivers thought a park resembled a residence I have to possibly get my delivery another week or so out. In all after getting no type of call back or resolution I decided to cancel the order all together. It just amazes me how some people get paid to do their jobs right the first time and others just show up.
