******* at this establish is now under investigation .She has one of the worse attitudes . Me and my team will continue to collect evidence of her unprofessional racist behavior . This is the WORSE customer service at this gym. Ive been trying to cancel for months and then was instructed to put my account on hold. After having a terrible 6 months, I realized that my account is off hold and they were going to charge me the annual fee so I made a huge push to cancel. Since Im canceling 29 days before the ************************************************ AN ANNUAL FEE!! HOW do you charge someone an annual fee when they are canceling? Not to mention I had to beg for someone to tell me how to cancel. It just seems sketchy!! I will never walk inside this gym after this and I discouraged all my friends from joining. Canceling SHOULD not be this difficult and come on guys be fair with your payments. And all the *** said well you signed a contract but hey you also didnt say in that contract that canceling was such a headache!! Ive been to many gyms but this one takes the cake as being the worse customer service. And just because I was canceling didnt mean I wouldnt go back but after this NEVERRRRRRR!Club4 Fitness

Will allow my son age 15 to purchase a membership, but not be a one time guest unless hes 18. Total BS rule to try to trap someone into more spending more money.Club4 Fitness

We would make more money off of reoccurring guests than a membership.All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Guests 12 17 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The guest must check-in at the front desk, be at least 18, and sign a medical and injury release form.Before using the facility, the guest must also tour with a CLUB4 membership representative. Membership ID is required for entry into any CLUB4 facilities. Please scan your club membership card when you enter the facility. All guests are required to pay a $15.00 guest fee, complete the guest register, and comply with all guest policies. Guests are limited to 3 visits per year. Guests are only allowed during hours in which CLUB4 is staffed. If a member brings a guest during non-staffed hours, he/she will have a $50.00 charge deducted on the date of their next draft. Minors 14 and Above: May use the facilities without supervision or being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors under the age of ********************************************* guardian sign the financial guarantee and the membership agreement.Review fromZeel J

My name is **** ******** and I am reaching out in regards of discrimination , fraudulent charges and no right of information and banning my membership that was done to me by Club4fitness located in ******* , ***** on 9/6/24. They charged me $80.25 out of which $50 they said was charged due to me holding the door for somebody (If i did , I was just trying to show some humanity or showing a good gesture here maybe once and th at is it.) and trying to sneak the suspended or revoked membership people in. I deny this and I told them to show me a proof. The manager goes that against the rule and they can't show me. I asked her what is your name because i wanted to talk to someone higher and she refuses me to give any information at the end I ended up calling cops who told me to contact club regional director regarding the issues I am facing. If cops didn't show up the manager didn't even bother to listen to me what I have to say it was the ************************* who got me the information about Regional Director of Club4fitness. They have charged me $30.25 for 9-6-24 to 10-5-24 for monthly membership + $50 for uninvited guest after staff hours which again, I deny it and no proof has been given to me or any information. Now they have also suspended my membership saying that i have harassed the ** in a broad daylight at 6 pm meanwhile every customer was checking in and working out in the gym right up at the front desk on 9/6/24 , every customer who was present saw what happened and I was just asking questions for my help not cursing not using any uncomfortable words. The fact is I was asking all this questions out of which I was never answered back anything properly just a stupid reason.Why am I still paying $30.25 for an whole extra month 9/6/24 to 10/5/24 which I am not able to going to use it, this is so wrong and everything in that in email is lie just because she doesn't like me she does not get to put wrong allegations on me. In regard to ********************************* $50 dollar fee, the facts are quite straight-forward... ******************** permitted someone to enter the CLUB facility without requiring that individual to use the required tools to 'check-in' appropriately during unstaffed hours, and he admitted to having done so. As such, and because we maintain clear signage on the front door requiring members to scan into the CLUB facility individually and to not allow others in behind you so that they may enter without scanning in as required by holding the door open for them, etc., suffer the consequences of a $50 fine. Although we understand that it may have seemed as though his actions were out of polite consideration for the individual who followed him into the CLUB without scanning it clearly violates this well-communicated and non-negotiable CLUB policy. Further, application of the fine in this instance is neither discriminatory nor arbitrary or capricious. Instead, in our consist practice of applying the fine in each circumstance in which the policy has been violated, we ensure that we continue to be the CLUB for Everybody and Every Body.Review fromSara B

Club 4 fitness has a new policy where any kid under 2 with congestion are not able to be at the daycare. Since I have a baby with asthma, I am basically being told that I am not allowed to use their gym until my child turns 2. I do not recommend this gym if you have children.Club4 Fitness

Contacted the store general manager **** about a charge , about a honest misunderstand hoping to get it resolved in a calm matter as it's a first time thing . Was completely ignored without any care what's so ever . Didn't want to give me a contact of someone higher then him or corporate to comtact . Been a member for yearsClub4 Fitness

I moved 1 1/2 years ago to a remote area and could no longer attend the gym I've been trying to cancel my membership ever since with no luck multiple emails with a we can't find you in our system bogus stuff considering they sure can find me come time to pay every month I am keeping track of all the fees y'all are charging me since the last email I sent and all the overdraft fees y'all end up making me incur and will *** the h*** out of you if the continue to take money from me when I can't even go there. It should be as simple as calling the gym and saying hey i would like to cancel but no they tell you to send a **** letter or email their corporate. It's a legitimate scam and would love to jump onto a class action lawsuit against them for this.Club4 Fitness

The Club4Fitness location in ********, ** uses deceptive practices to sign up people. They promoted $10/month when I came with in my son to sign him up. I said, "wow, this is too good to be true." The person confirmed that they'd waive the activation fee. Next thing I know, I get charged a $49 fee. When I called stating that they cannot do this, I was met with apologies, etc. and they said I was charged a separate fee and that the sign up fee was different. Upset, I kept the membership since I was already $49 in, and with it only being $10/month, I thought I was ok. Then, the next month, I get another charge for $61.99! I called and the person, in a dead-pan voice, said that it is all in the email. The email was sent to my son and not to me. And, I was assured that the promotion would take care of these additional fees...they didn't. The worst customer service and experience, ever. Very deceptive...not trustworthy. Run from this place. They will not be in business long with business practices like this.Club4 Fitness

On July 18, 2024 (******, LA) I was targeted, banned and had my membership permanently revoked from all CLUB4 gym establishments. The reason: Policy #8 - training another person in the gym. Ive been I member for well over a year and have invited many friends to join the club because of the equipment options and the sauna. *** worked out with many of my friends but mainly solo. On this day, around 7:45/8am I was working out with a friend who just became a member solely because I recommended her to go there. She hadnt been in the gym since high school and I figured this would be the perfect place to start. I personally have a workout plan and a virtual PT so I follow a workout routine that has videos me descriptions on how to do the workouts. As we were in the turf area, doing the same workout at the same time, there were two employees (PT and PT manager) in the area. The PT manager B4raa N4ssar (M4riah) walked over to us and asked us to come to her office where she proceeded to tell me that I was training my friend and that it is prohibited. I then told her and showed her the app that were both watching as we workout. She still insisted that I was training. I asked her how do I workout with a friend without it being seen as training? She ignored my question and repeated the no training policy. She proceeded to threaten to cancel my membership. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she said there is no one and that she owns the building. I talked to the amazing young lady in front and she told me the ** would be coming in at 9am so we chose to wait. Alyss4 S1sung (**) arrived and it was clear they had already been in discussion. Upon speaking with the **, she said theres been many complaints about PTM and that my membership was safe. 6pm I received an email with EVERYONE CCd from the regional manager down stating PERMANENTLY REVOKED from all Club4 Fitness locations. NOT PERMITTED contact via phone, text or email any Club4 location or Club4 personnel.Club4 Fitness
