  We were very pleased with the whole process of getting our new roof with Watkins Construction, from those in the office to those who did the work at our house. Everyone was very professional, dedicated, diligent and helpful, and the new roof looks great. Special thanks to **** *****, **** *********, ******* *****, the roofing team, ********* *******, and ***** ******** for all your great work and support!

  I was very pleased with Watkins from the first call I made all through to completion. Staff very courteous and great at sharing information. I was kept informed regarding scheduling and roof was done three days earlier than originally anticipated. Great job and great looking roof.

  Watkins replaced our roof Monday we are so grateful that a friend told us about Watkins construction and roofing.
  We are very thankful that everything went smoothly.

  We encountered 1 postponement due to weather. I was impressed on how we were kept in the know as to when the work would be done. Very courteous and reliable, that was so much appreciated. I would highly recommend Watkins construction.

  Watkins did a great job with our repairs. Work was completed in the time that was discussed. I would recommend them for your roofing needs. **** *****, *********, and ****** all worked to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend them any day.

  Watkins Roofing did a great job on our roof. They stayed in contact with us and gave us updates throughout the entire process. They were very dependable, and we are very pleased with the job they did. We will recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again will definitely use again.

  I have had Watkins do several jobs for me including a repair, and new roof for my old house and a roof for my new house and their professionalism cannot be matched! From the initial phone call to the first meeting with the sales rep to the impressive and efficient way they work, it was all a top notch experience!

  Watkins Roofing agreed to accept what our insurance was willing to pay as 100% payment. They are now coming back to us and wanting another $4000. They agreed to replace all rotted facia wood which was not done. They also left building materials, trash, and debris all over our yard. They are now threatening to take us to court. They are not satisfied with the $26,000 payment the insurance company paid them for their poor workmanship and quality. I would never recommend them to anyone.

  Roof: Had new roof installed after discovering multiple leaks. Had many mistakes and problems. The water damage to ceilings was not repaired correctly and instead of replacing drywall and insulation, covered up with paint. This resulted in numerous and continuous repairs being made and having workers trying to fix something that should have been done correctly in the first place.
  Siding: Order Hardie Board from them. Chose painted Hardie Board. First choice was Woodland Cream and the second choice, Navajo Beige. When materials arrived, it was neither choice, thus boards had to be painted. Too many materials were ordered that you could have put siding on multiple homes! Also, scraps were used. The siding was painted the wrong color (Navajo White) and was not cleaned before painting it nor sealed a it should have been. The workers did not remove the black tar paper that was already under the old siding and should have used new water vapor plastic under the Hardie board. The salesman obviously did not measure correctly. Upon many phone call, the project manager and salesman came out and were told that we would receive a discount for all of the mistakes. This did not happen.
  A project manager and/or manager was not out on location during this debacle until we had a "meeting of the minds" with them. Prior to this, we had to advise the workers what to do daily. We should not have had to manage this project! Mistakes continued to happen. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing! This continued over a year.
  Gutters: These people also had to come back several times as they did not install the work properly either.
  This is just a quick overview of this mess and should not happen to anyone! A good amount of money was also spent.
