    This is the worst place to have a lease. They charge an entire month and you cannot move in until the 13 day of the month and you must move out 8 days previous to the end of the month. Although the lease states it will end in the 22 of the month they charge the entire month and makes you paid 35 additional for cleaning the carpet. It doesn’t matter how clean you leave the apartment. They charge utilities out of date. In addition, the apartments usually are given to the person dirty, with lack pf pest control (pet bugs), with many maintenance needs, and as a completely messy place. Take care with the application, my credit consult was done in a wrong way and they want me to paid 3 times the rent as a deposit. The Staff working there didn’t care about the documents you signed, so always download, print or do a print screen of your agreements. They delete an amendment done to my lease. They can delete documents from your portal as their own convenience. The remove your access to the portal as soon as you give back the keys and make charges that were no specified in the lease. They can allow you or not to fill the initial condition of the apartment form. In my case it was available in the portar, but suddenly disappeared without allow me fill in. They manage the property in their own way.
