    Shame on this company for taking advantage of our son. He drove from out of town with friends on Friday, Nov 4 to visit a friend. He was told to park in guest parking. There were no guest spaces available. He couldn't call the friend he was staying with because he was at an event where he had to turn off his phone. So, he parked next to a guest space. When he came out later his truck was gone. He had to pay $250 for about a $10 drive. This is insane and you've given yourself a terrible first impression of visiting Starkville for someone unfamiliar with the area. I understand you have contracts but to charge a college student $250 is a terrible business. You also need to change the signage in your store......The madder you get the more you pay? Awful. You are running a poor business and are very short on integrity and showing mercy. He wasn't even allowed to try and explain what had happened and that is just rude.
