    This is the sorriest place to carry your vehicle to, to have work done to it. They will put the shaft to you and not think twice about it. My husband took our vehicle to them because we were having an issue our car. They were recommended by someone he knew and they said they were good. So he took it in hopes the problem could be fixed. WRONG!!!!! They charged him $150.00 only to tell him what we already knew and said they could not help him. This is the worst place ever they have hidden fees in their charges. Bad customer service and rude employees. On top of that they said it would take them several days to track the problem down. When you are dealing with these cars that are made after 2007 dealing with computers take your car back to the dealership. Dont depend on these people because they will say it will take them several days to find the issue and you will be looking at a very large bill. Like I said they charge my husband $150 and they only looked at the car all of 10 minutes if that. That is highway robbery. I would give these people a BIG FAT ZERO. DONE WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM.

    The Vehicle was brought to us with a Customer Supplied "junk yard" Computer, And requested that part to be installed, A Diagnosis of the condition was NOT requested. It is not common practice to install "Junk Parts" However, as a courtesy, we attempted to assist in making this request possible, You were not charged $150.00, You were charged $139.10, which is our Basic inspection rate along with State mandated fees and Sales Tax. I dont believe any of those are hidden fees. An attempt was made to Program the "Used" part untill it requested 2 keys be programmed during the process. Since every vehicle is different, there was no way of knowing the request would be made not to mention, an additional key did not exist. All of which was Professionally and clearly explained to the Customer that was HERE with the Vehicle. It was to my understanding that an additional key would be obtained by the Customer, since an independant shop can no longer obtain replacement keys. (Only the Registered Owner Can) which would allow us to complete the requested service.
