      Ive rented a place from stay Montana and they have no way to contact local staff to remedy the many issues weve had during our stay. The sheets and divers were dirty on arrival. The sheets pilled. I contacted the help Dear and three days later they brought more pilled sheets and polyester bedspread. The air conditioning has been out for several days and does not cool the house. The delay and lack of service have been terrible. The house is too hot to sleep in and their protocols do not allow contact with a local person who can actually assist us.

      Hello,

      We have been in communication with this is guest, via text, email and by phone and have provided screenshots for your records. The guest had an issue on the first night with a/c but we delivered portable A/c units to her. All of our linens are professionally laundered and we brought her new sheets at each request. This can be closed

      I am rejecting this response because:  after many days without air conditioning, and access to repair services, my husband assessed the unit.  It had frozen up due to the clogged air filter that had not been changed in a very long time.  The air conditioner began to work after it was turned off and cycled without the cooler on.  After the filter was removed and defrosted, the unit began to work.  The mobile units delivered were delivered required foam board to block out all of the light from the windows they were installed in, offering an unpleasant result..  Then support did not replace the filter for several days saying it was a specialty air filter.  After continuing to request help, another support person purchased and delivered a replacement filter at the local Ace hardware.  We could have had the issue resolved much easier if allowed.  The result was several days of uncomfortable accommodations and unnecessary unfiltered air conditioning and light blocked from the window.

      Also, we never received acceptable unpilled sheets or clean duvet for the master bedroom. 

      Ive never had an experience where I needed to reach out so many times to have expected conditions met. This issue is not resolved.
