    In 2022 Oasis Sprinklers was hired to blow out my grandfathers sprinklers. In the process they blew up the discharge piping at the pump. They never came back to fix the broken pipe, therefore they never finished blowing our the sprinklers. In 2023, in August they came out to install a brand new pump with a new discharge piping and filter. My grandfather did not approve of the piping job and voiced his concerns. The employees never tested to make sure that the pump ran after they installed it. My husband and grandfather primed the pump and found that it wouldn't run, so we had a neighbor who is a retired electrician come over. He was able to wire the pump correctly and our neighbor started the pump to verify that it worked but never ran the sprinklers because my grandfather still did not approve of the piping job. We have been told 3 different times that the owner will come out and go over our discrepancies, and he has never shown up. I have also tried calling and I never receive a call back. I only get messages from them saying that they are going to turn my grandfather into collections for not paying his bill. In summary, the sprinkler system was blown out insufficiently resulting in the lines breaking, the new pump did not work, and they installed piping that was not agreed on.

    august of 2022 I called Oasis to blow out my sprinklers, they showed up a month later ! but it got done, Yesterday(5-7-23) I went out to start up my pump and start the underground sprinklers, to find out instead of just shutting off the sprinkler system they unhooked all kinds of wires ! When I called them Monday morning the lady on the phone was extremely rude saying no way could this have happened, I told her it certainly did and would like them to come out and hook the wiring back up the way it was !! She even got more rude at this point and said they were too busy and it would be 2 months !!! I said that did not work I can not go that long without water to my horses and lawn ! She followed up my saying i am done with you and hung up on me ! obviously they have caller idea because I called back three times to talk to manager or owner and they will not answer my calls ! This is their error I should not have to try and find and pay for a electrician to take care of their mess up ! very upsetting as I am a single person on my own and have to idea how to get my water turned on !     I am the office secretary.  I answered the phone last week, and *************** was extremely rude, "you guys messed up my sprinkler and it won't turn on".  And "you blew it out and now it's not working".  I asked her name and address, there are 3 Taskers on our customer list.  One of them has two names she goes by, so I wanted to clarify who was I talking to.  And then I gave her a time & day we could go to her place & fix her sprinkler.  She said we better get over there today or tomorrow.  And she was not nice about it.  *********, loud, and would not understand. This is our busiest time and other customers have scheduled appointments.  I can't just move her to the place others are scheduled.  She continued so I hung up the phone. And I didn't answer when she called back because she need to calm down.  ***** the owner will drive out to her place & fix problem 5/17/23.

    5/17)  The owner called and spoke to ****************  She had someone hook up the wire for her. The owner explained to her for safety reasons we unhook wire over the winter.  *************** didn't need anything from us.  She would like to continue the relationship & have us do blowouts & other things for her as they arise.
