    they said that I needed a new pump because they couldn't get my old one primed, so I got a new one and they still could not get it primed and told me my well was dry. I went out after they left and had my sprinklers going in 15 minutes after their people left and it took them 6 months after they were here to send me a bill

    The company did not follow the original request items discussed to be done and yet assured me that the sprinklers that they installed plus the existing sprinklers were covering all lawn and flower beds. I paid that **** within a day of receiving, adding a note to please call as some additional work needed to be done to assure the promise they had made. I waited and waited, called and left a voice message to that effect. Finally after more calls got a reply and was given a time they would come to address the problems. When they did come, the two young gentlemen argued that what was done was all I had requested and I ended up telling them to leave as I was becoming very frustrated that they were not willing to listen and address what my concerns were. I called the company and ask to speak to the owner who finally called me after I suggested that my only recourse was here. He said he would call me back by the end of the day and get resolution for me. That has not happened inspite of again numberous calls to the company asking that he get back to me. I am forced to hire another company to get the things done that I wanted done. I had expected to have to pay Oasis addition money .... just wanted the job done and in a way that assured my plants and lawn would not **** away. I am thoroughly disgusted by the lack of response. I also want to say the areas they did work on were not done in a way to leave it looking less like it had been disturbed. They also were to professionally access and correct any problems with the original system and add to it to be a sytem that operated in a way that would be complete. I am in my 70"s and cannot nor want to drag hose and do the repairs as needed. They did not accomplish this nor can I get them to come back and do it right. I asked that the owner himself and who ever was the person that would be skilled at designing a complete and efficent system, come and walk thru a run of what is and then find and correct anything necc
