    I received an invitation to an exclusive dinner event at ***********, ******************************************************************************. I contacted the number on the invitation and responded that I would like to attend and my seating for Wednesday, May 21, 6:00pm. was confirmed. Upon arrival at the restaurant it appeared that myself and my husband were the only attendees for the event. A gentleman asked that we complete a form, which we did. He then asked why we were there. We told him that we received the invitation, we are timeshare owners and are always interested in what new is offered. He then told us that his records indicated that we had attended 4 of these offers in the last year. We told him that we did but none with TS Consumer Protection. He threw his remote down and told us that he would check us out NOW. The screen for the presentation was taken down -- no presentation was shown. We ate dinner and asked if the $50 Amazon gift card which was promised with the offer. We were told that it would be sent to me via email. As of this date we have not received the gift card. I sent an email to the company and have had no response. If they do not want us to attend, then should not send an invitation. I am requesting the $50 gift card as promised.

    This offer came from their timeshare developer and county clerk. It was registered that they have seen their offer before and as they were explained offer is registered and allowed to be seen once.

    we simply politely explained that. Sounds like the are trying to but a bad review against us when we did nothing wrong

    I am rejecting this response because:  While I will reach out to the company they are recommending, until this is resolved it is for TS Consumer Protection to remedy.  I do not believe their representatives at the meeting on the evening of May 21 sent our information in to have the Amazon Gift card sent to us.

    On Dec 12, 2024, we met TS Consumer Protection to get rid of our timeshare. They explained that their company does this for a fee. I have tried to call and email. No one answers my email and all phones do not work. We have reported this to our credit card company to start the process for a fraud claim.

    I am rejecting this action from the company because they have never responded to my emails, so giving me an email address to get help is no help at all. This is just a delay tactic and I will not accept that. I have lost my confidence in the company and do not wish to continue to do business with them. I want our credit card completely refunded. We paid for a service we never received and I think giving them 6 months to do the service was plenty of time.

    while we offer a 18 month money back guarantee on this service because of the time frame their timeshare developer requires to complete

    I am rejecting this response because we were told 6 months, not 18 months. This is not acceptable because this is not true, but this group is not accessible by telephone or email. We were reassurred that we could check on the process, but our contact never answered our calls or emails.

    We went to a no obligation meeting with TS consumer protection to resolve my timeshare. We accepted a contract/agreement with them but the next day we requested a cancellation since we changed our minds. We cancelled this agreement with in the 3 days we had to cancel this agreement in writing. There ********** called and again I told them we had changed our minds. I have sent three additional emails so they could confirm this cancellation and no reply from TS consumer protection in *******. Today again they called to make arrangements for this contract and again I told them that we requested a cancellation within the 3 days to cancel with no response. It seems this company is a scam.

    The client was cancelled and refunded as promised. We take great pride in our company and service. We are simply the transfer agent between the parties. All funds were returned.
