    We were very disappointed in TS Consumer Protection. They failed to live up to their card advertisement and enticement to be given at the end of their "no obligation" presentation! Their request for money was way too much and said it had to be given right then!!!! Some of their statements were not correct in respect to time shares and their practices. I reported their failure to produce the rewards to the personel that booked us with them.

    This Business is a Scam. We were solicited by a flyer placed in our mailbox offering us a free dinner and a way of getting out of our timeshare. We were interested in doing this at that time, so we attended. We reluctantly signed up for their plan, which turned out to be a huge mistake. They had us sign documents that misrepresented the agreement and our intended agreement. We reported the fact that we thought this was a fraud /scam to our bank, and they did an investigation and ultimately paid the claim based on fraudulent documentation submitted by TS Consumer Protection. We are still in the process of trying to retrieve these funds from them.

    First my parents used TS Consumer Protection and were successful. We used them as well. We watched our fees increase every year since covid and weren't able to use like we were explained we could. TS Consumer Protection helped us get out A+
