  Scheduled an appointment with tire rama on 3rd St in *********** for 8:00 am. Left my car there and was driven to work. Was driven back at 4:00 pm to pick it up and was told it was next to go in. Was driven home. Called them approx 1 hr later and was told it was in and they were putting tires on. Was driven across town again to wait to get the car. It was still parked in the same place and had not been serviced. I went in and wanted to pay for the front end alignment and take the car to purchase tires elsewhere. Was told they would not do that. Was driven across town home again. Having an evening appointment I cannot obtain transportation to pick it up (If they happen to have it finished. Will have to be driven to work in the morning and be picked up at 4:00 to see if they will possibly have it done. Will never do business with this place again and will tell all my friends and associates to think twice about doing business with Tire Rama. I have two more vehicles which will need tires soon but Tire Rama will not receive the business. Terrible experience.!!

  A shabby, low budget, understaffed, dirty, cluttered, indifferent, inadequately stocked - long term ******** business that is in its last days.They will sell any promise or warranty but lack the capacity to provide service. I was a long-term customer who has spent more than ***** at ******************************. When I needed service for an unexpected tire failure, I could not get this service because it was "change to snow tire time".********************************************* has no sense of responsibility for providing warranty work. No reservations, no extra help for warranty work, no priorities - only a few overworked employees confined to a dark, wet, dirty, cluttered, poorly ventilated workspace.We are two seniors with serious ongoing medical needs and depend on our vehicle. We are smart enough to anticipate October 1 - studded tires allowed & have them installed, not to wait for ***********freezing temperatures We resent *********'s indifference and irresponsibility to prioritize warranty work.Careful observation and work area images might generate an OSHA complaint. This would result in a high priority event that *********'s managers would be unable to ignore or present a lame, unspecific response & an employee would be saved from a terrible permanent debilitating injury like having no eye protection and continuous inhalation of exhaust emissions.

  They said my tire was non repairable and that I needed 4 new tires.I got the tire fixed the next day elsewhere.

  TireRama follows *** standards for repair of tires. Size of hole and location in the tire.

   

  That being said, someone else could repair the damaged area outside of repairable area. It may hold air, but be unsafe to drive on.
