    brought my dog in since he wasn't eating or drinking. When they gave him anesthesia, he had complications. They gave him injected antibiotics, recommended a ~$1,200 CT scan in 24 hours, told us they didn't know what was wrong with him and that they didn't want to inspect further, and sent him home with a near $600 bill. Later we took him home, and within being home for 1 hour, he passed away without warning. We reached out to see if they wanted to see what happened to him, to maybe see what complications happened so they could prevent it from happening to someone else's pet. They said they'd have to charge us $1,000 to do so. It seemed like they didn't care to learn about potentially helping more pets in the future, but to rather bill whenever possible. Also, this is the second pet we've brought there, of which both passed away within 12 hours of being there. Finally, yes it was expensive, but price wasn't a factor for leaving the review, but rather the doctors lack of professional communication and effort. The nurses and ladies at the front counter were very nice and professional on the other hand.

    They dont seem to really care about your pet. We LOVE ****************, but dealing with the clinic itself makes me so angry! The time and effort it takes for them to do something simple like refill a prescription is ridiculous! They refuse to work with ***** and want me to pick up a paper prescription that I can mail to Chewy instead of having a 10 second phone call telling Chewy they approve the prescription. What sense does that make?!?! If I mail it Chewy said it will take them 3 weeks to get it into their system. When you call you are automatically put on hold EVERYTIME for a minimum of ***** minutes. The last time I had to get a prescription refilled it literally took me 14 days, 8 phone calls, and 6 emails to get them to respond to Chewy. I spent almost 3 hours on hold over the 8 phone calls and dealt with nasty staff. So far this time its taken me 4 days and 3 phone callsbeen on hold 45 minutes and been promised return calls and nothing. Still no prescription. Total JOKE!!! Take your pet to another clinic because this one has no concern at all for their patients!

    My dog passed away and they didnt find the cause just a estimate but no exact even though they did x-rays and blood test and I paid for her ashes and it was supposed to have her paw print but they forgot to take her paw print before cremating her. The lady on the phone could only respond with ma'am it was complimentary so you didn't pay for it. I don't care about the money I care that I was expecting to bring home a part of my dog that was important to our family. We wanted to see her paw print with her ashes but since they forgot to take it we don't get to have her paw print home with us. I am so disappointed and upset that they can take something that meant a lot to our family so lightly like our dog was nothing. She was our family member but ******************* obviously didn't see her that way but just another dog.
