      I was told when to bring my vehicle to their shop, then was gaslighted when the work was not done in the promised time frame. I was told it was my fault he was behind because he took on the job at the last minute and was overbooked. He does not return phone calls or text messages and when he does, he makes sure to make me feel like I am bothering him and interrupting his day. A very unprofessional business. He has had my vehicle for going on 8 weeks for a job the insurance adjuster said would take 10 hours. Never again!!!!

      ************************* gave us a massive run around over a 5 month span. He said he would order parts, and didn't for over 3 weeks. When the parts finally came in, he told me 3 separate times, he was going to pull the vehicle in and start working on it. All 3 times, I called to check status when he said it would be done, and the vehicle had not been pulled in yet. He never called me once, I had to call him each time. When I finally showed up to get my vehicle back, he threatened to punch me in the teeth for saying that he lied to me. He is a liar, he is a terrible communicator, he over-promises and under-delivers.DO NOT TRUST BIG SKY COLLISION CENTER!
