    ****** did a great job! Not only in responding to our emails and complaints ?? and frustration in this process but she was so also professional, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. Its people/employees like her who help make getting out of our STUPID timeshare as pleasant as possible. Next year when we have no more bills from HGV we will think of you. ??Weve heard so many horror stories of people being scammed trying to get out of their timeshares. Were just grateful that we didnt get scammed again but used you to help us. We will definitely refer you to anyone suffering with a timeshare. Not only we thank you, but so do our 4 grown kids who all unanimously agreed they did not want this burden as part of their inheritance. ?? Thank ****** and Resort Closings.

There are many owners out there like you who feel stuck with no options. It can be such a heavy burden and very frustrating for people who just don't want or use their timeshares anymore. The best part of my job is being able to tell my clients that their timeshare has been transferred out of their names and they are no longer owners. It's a huge weight lifted off their shoulders.     After years of searching, I finally found a company that got rid of my timeshare...they were excellent. I looked for YEARS and talked to questionably ethical people along the way...Resort Closings came through...it took about a year...I know that is long, but the timeshare owners were the ones that dragged their feet. Resort closings moved as fast as possible. Very, very pleased... excellent communication from ******. Never did I feel I had been taken advantage of, always felt supported. Well done...I am timeshare free!! Woohoo!!

    Wonderful experience! I did a lot of research and contacted many different companies claiming they could help me. All of them felt very suspicious and the rates varied. Resort Closings is transparent, straight forward and has a more reasonable fee. My escrow agent was on top of everything and responded promptly to all my questions throughout the process. Highly recommend them.

    I had a real challenge come up with my timeshare this year that was recently bought. I believe in the end the challenge actually fell onto the resort's responsibility but they would not assume that responsibility. In the end *********************** called me and assisted on RCI's behalf to right the situation for me and my guests. I couldn't have been happier with his customer focused approach and understanding throughout a difficult situation. This was a #WOW kind of customer experience with him and I am nothing but thankful for his help! Thanks so much!!!! :)

    I bought 3 timeshares from them. 1 of 3 closed so far. The first one was supposed to come with points. It didnt when I found out. I asked ****** and he told me the buyer never transfered them and he couldnt help me. He wanted me to sign it over to him to resell. I said we had a contract and all that and he offered me another seller contract or his manager offered to book me vacation with other people points. I asked them about the estoppel and they dont actually request them. I discovered that the contract never came with points that was added to get bids on ***** When I went back on **** I saw the listing was removed. I contacted **** and they said the seller removed that listing and that they would launch an investigation into the seller. I wanted them to transfer the contract into the original seller name, but they wouldnt even let her know that she is on the hook to be sued because of the contract we have now.

    I tried working with them and requested the fee for the timeshare for one year paid directly to me and I would proceed in good faith. I wanted the points directly in my account. *********************** wasn't comfortable with that. They seemed very shady when they started offering to book me vacation using points as a guest with accounts they had access to for the next few years..

    We are currently working with **** to resolve the issues and make his transactions right.The ownership was listed incorrectly and was transferred with the points not available. I offered to make reservations using my personal RCI Points account, or through Wyndham using an account of a friend who owns Wyndham points. We also offered to reverse the transaction (simply because that is one of the options) and refunded him in full. We also offered different contracts that we had available to replace the one that was transferred without points. Again, offering options that have worked in previous situations. **** removes completed listings after 90 days automatically. We have no ability to remove listings from ***** That is ****'s automated system doing so. I will follow up with to this response once we have something finalized with ****

    We did come to a temp arrangement. Some of how he claiming they handle this aren't correct. **** said the seller archived the listing and that they don't normally do that. **** didn't archive it. I don't like to look like a liar. I will submit screenshot and emails and post pictures here. You can also go back and look at their listing and see that this was the only listing you couldn't view. They also did say they would check on another timeshare that hasn't transfer and is somehow delayed and get back to me. I haven't heard anything about that since. I have no hope for this. I don't understand why this response? **** it was listed incorrectly, but when I I found out it was wrong ****** blamed the seller and really just blamed everyone else. you didn't try to help until I left reviews. You guys supposedly contacted Wyndham? I had to have Wyndham investigate the points? I had to threaten to *** the seller for emptying the account before sale? You then offered help me make it right.
