Everlasting Misery...Do not order an urn from this company. In my opinion, not only is their shipping unreliable and inaccurate, but their customer service is horrible.They have been disrespectful and rude. A real email message we received at one point was Im confused why youre confused - which is a chaotic email to receive when youre grieving a loved one. We ordered an urn for our stepmum on a Friday, which needed to be delivered urgently. We selected two-day shipping, and the urn did not deliver until afternoon on Tuesday. We reached out to them for a shipping refund (since it was delivered four days later not two days) and they said we were ineligible since their two day air shipping didnt include Sundays or holidays.When we reached out to **** about all of these details, they confirmed two-day delivery does include Sunday. And when they created a claim for us, they said based on our selection we should have received it the next day (since it was air). **** even forwarded us an email saying that we should receive a refund for the shipping, and when we sent it to the care team at Everlasting Memories, they said we still should not receive a refund.We will be reaching out to all necessary groups to ensure that this experience does not happen to other grieving families. No one deserves to go through what we have gone through when you are grieving a ******* best, Everlasting Memories actions are bad faith business practices and poor customer service. If you are looking for an urn, go elsewhere.

This claim is false. The customer selected two day air. Based off of our website shipping page, they ordered the urn on Friday morning via priority mail. Our shipping page clearly states that for orders placed before 12 noon MST the delivery date is Tuesday. The urn was in fact delivered on Tuesday - despite MLK Day on Monday, which was a federal holiday and there was no mail service. This was clearly, concisely and politely explained to the customer on multiple occasions. We explained to the customer that the urn was delivered as outlined on our website. Had they wanted the urn overnight, it would have been $119.99. We did send the urn overnight at our cost as we understood the time constraints the customer was under and we wanted to do all we could to get the urn their as quickly as possible. The customer did not pay **** for the shipping - we paid ****. The email did NOT say the customer should receive a refund. As a courtesy to the customer, we refunded their $79.99 in order to appease them and make them happy. We have all documentation stating as such.Review fromVicki G

Choosing memorial items after a death is a somewhat sad experience. However, Everlasting Memories blunts some of the sadness at such a vulnerable time. They offer a large selection of urns as well as other products. I was only searching for just the right cremation urn for ashes. The price was certainly reasonable for the craftsmanship and hardwood urn I selected. Checkout simple. The urn arrived safely and thoughtfully packed at the speed of lightening. The urn itself was exactly what I was looking for. Very pleased with the entire process and especially the product I purchased.Everlasting Memories Incorporated

I purchased several pieces of jewelry, urns (different sizes) from Everlasting Memories. My order was correct, delivery was quick and the packaging was sound, every piece protected.I was very pleased with the attention that was provided throughout the entire process of ordering and delivery. Everlasting Memories is clearly customer focused. I am pleased with the companies products and so is my family; we ordered a second set of merchandise.A very special thank you to ******. The engraving is beautiful and the piece that has my relative's EXACT signature took my breath away. Going with this company was the best decision I could have made for the memorial & keepsakes I wanted after my husband passed. Everyone was kind, compassionate, professional & incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. When I emailed to inquire as to the turn around time on the ring I ordered as I wanted to have it before my husband's service (but absolutely had no expectations of that), I received a prompt phone call letting me know the order had been prioritized. I received the ring within three days, and it was absolute perfection, from the double fingerprints to the inside engraving. If needed, a ring sizer & print collection kit is sent out & mine arrived quickly, with easy instructions. I had also ordered the Solid Silver Remembrance Fingerprint ************* & Black Drop of Hope ********* both of which turned out just as beautifully. Instructions & all items necessary for transferring ashes were included & very easy to follow. Engravings were absolutely beautiful. TAT was incredibly quick on all items, even the highly specialized double fingerprint ring with engraving, which I wouldn't have expected for many weeks. I received email updates with tracking info on everything. So happy about my decision to go with Everlasting Memories. BEAUTIFUL. Engraving was perfect. I searched for DAYS trying to find the perfect necklace to hold my brothers ashes and this was IT! Great FAST service. Super quality, heavy duty. Good sturdy piece.
