    Our frenchie became paralyzed in April of 2024. A close friend raved about this company, so we decided to go with them! We did the measurements and placed an order on April 28th, 2024. After a few weeks of nothing from the company, we decided to call. Unfortunately, you can only leave a message that never gets through to the actual person making the wheelchair. Towards the end of MAY, we finally got an email from **** who is the owner claiming he had health issues which caused the delay. He promised to get our wheelchair sent out the following week. Regardless if there was a health issue going on with the owner, that should have been communicated upon placing the order.It is almost August. We still have no wheelchair. I have sent 4 additional emails demanding a refund with no responses. Additionally, we have called and have only been able to leave voicemails. This is the WORST experience we have had with any dog company.I have no tracking number to provide, but I have an order confirmation number from April 28th, 2024 (#*****)

    I made a purchase online with Ruff Rollin in February. It's **** and I haven't received the wheelchair I ordered for my pet. I've called maybe twenty times and have not received one call back regarding the ststus of my chair. I believe this company to be a scam. My pet has been waiting for four months for a wheelchair and these people don't have the decency to even call me back. Their "receptionist" is just a hired answering service. She's not even physically at the offices. Please help me!
