    This business took 6 months to FINALLY deliver an unusable and poorly made product. I was in touch multiple times before we ever received it and kept getting the same excuses, that he was waiting on parts. Finally, when I started asking to just get a refund, suddenly it was ready to ship. Then when we still did not receive it and I made yet another call, he said he would look into it and provide a tracking number. He said the package had not been scanned, so he made a new label and shipped it out. Why would it need a new label if it had not been scanned? It was just one excuse after another.Then we finally got the wheel chair and it is not even the right size for the dog, so we aren't even able to use it. After all the measurements originally sent to him and its not even built to the correct size. AND, the parts are plastic and won't last. We paid $800 up front to get this and can't be more disappointed in the product received. Now, I have been trying to get a refund and send the wheels back and he has completely stopped answering e-mails and phone messages. In fact, where I used to e-mail, now the e-mails bounce back and come back undeliverable, so he has obviously blocked my e-mails. We are a non-profit animal organization so $800 is a big deal to us. The whole intent of this wheelchair was to help and animal and now the $800 has been wasted. We would like our money back and are happy to return his inferior product to him.

    This business has failed to communicate on an order over $700 worth of an item. I order a wheelchair for my suffering dog and was extremely lenient on time-frame for expectancy of my order because the owner, ****, informed me that he makes everything on his own. I gave over 5 weeks time on an expected 3 week order. When I was finally able to get ahold of the ****, he sent me a link to tracking label. Which was for a 6lb package. The track9ng information remains as only "label created" for over 2 weeks. I called **** again from a private number and surprisingly he finally answered. I was assured that the package was picked up and he was frustrated with the shipping company, as they have misplaced more than one order. **** assured me that he would call me by the end of the day if the tracking was not updated and the package was still misplaced. He has never returned my call to initiate refund, follow up, or apologize for what has happened. All that was provided were seemingly endless excuses. The only reason I received my money back was to dispute a charge through my bank. **** should not be in the business of helong disabled pets. He is taking advantage of pet owners and the pets that remain in pain.
