I spent almost $200 on an order. Specifically communicated what I wanted and THEY MADE A MISTAKE (which they themselves acknowledge) and said since I did not notice the mistake THEY MADE, I have to just have to accept ***** be more specific, I ordered 50 6x6 booklets where the inside was black & white, but the cover was specified to be "Cover Ink: (4/4) Full Color Both Sides". BOTH SIDES!They made a mistake and converted the back cover to black & white.I was very polite and understanding and said they did a great job, however the back cover was not in color as I had requested several times. They acknowledged it was their mistake to convert the back cover into black & white, but since I didn't notice THEIR MISTAKE, it was my problem and to place a new order and spend another $200 to correct their mistake.If this relatively small order is worth them damaging their reputation says everything I need to know about these people. I will never order from here again and will forever spread the word about their lack of customer satisfaction. Their homepage literally states "Satisfaction Guarantee. Well reprint it or refund you." DON'T BELIEVE IT, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THIS STATEMENT AND THEY SHOULD REMOVE THIS IMMEDIATELY.I now have a new job to periodically warn everyone I can online, on every review page, about this fraudulent company.PrintingCenterUSA
