    Huge data breach has left all users at risk. If you used the printingcenterusa website between September and November 2023, hackers have your address, all card details and full name. I have no idea how they could possibly get all of that information. Was it stored in a plain text file? Why is a company like this retaining all that information? Most companies without dedicated IT security teams use external payment providers and never see the card numbers. This is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they waited a month before sending a letter. Now I have to be on the look out for identity theft because of the extreme negligence and complacency ******************* has shown towards my sensitive data.

    Furthermore, we want to reassure our customers that we do not retain sensitive credit card details like card numbers or security codes.We acted swiftly and in good faith to address this issue comprehensively and keep our customers informed throughout the process. We remain committed to safeguarding the trust our customers place in us and will continue to prioritize their security and privacy.

    Their Phone Staff are ill-mannered. I was on the phone to ask basic questions about their services agreements pertaining to their mailing services and where I could locate them. I needed to have a copy on hand for my business, and they would not direct me to how I could get it other than on their website (which I tried to use - and could not save it for my records from this method.) The ladies on the phone would not tell me how they could help, and pressed with an indignant tone when I asked if I could provide them with my information so that they could send it to me in another convenient way. I asked if I could speak to anyone else about the question and she claimed she was referring me to her manager after a breif hold. Once her manager got on the phone I immediately realized the voice was the same as the original operator I was speaking to. she answered the phone with a slightly higher voice and fake accent, and as she talked it slipped back into her original accent. Suffice to say they did not answer my questions and they will most likely not be getting my business unless I am able to talk to someone who does not blatantly lie to me.
