      I purchased a $17 universal remote that does not work. When I brought in my device and the remote to see if they would help me ****** told me it would be $100 for that service. "Nothing is free, lady!" was his reply when I commented on the lack of customer service. When I asked for my money back he said the package was opened and could not be returned. I've tried contacting the manufacturer/distributor in CA and they don't answer phones "due to Covid" and emails bounce back. I will be filing a report on QFXusa.com, also.I would give SSE zero stars or negative 10 if I could.
