Placed an order ($642) from Western Montana Tactical Training Center on March 10, 2025. Waited for 2 months for delivery, and it never shipped out. Online it said delayed due to them having too many orders. All went unanswered, left many, many messages. Eventually someone called me back a couple of weeks ago after leaving a very truthful but nasty review on ******. I guess they didnt like I was telling people they were scamming people.The person on the phone told me they would refund the money, but it has been another 4 weeks, the order now shows cancelled but no notification has been sent and I have not received the money in my account. Again, I have been trying to call dozens and dozens of times, leaving messages and with no response nor a call back.I do believe these guys are just scamming people as other reviews online are also confirming the same.Initial Complaint

I purchased ammo from their website on 3/21/********** said that the ammo would ship in ***** business days. I havent heard anything from the seller except one email saying what my order number was. Once it was past those days I contacted the business and tried to call the business but no response. I have sent multiple escalations with no response. From doing research after purchasing, it seems like this business does not send any information about the orders you purchase and either sends the product months and months later or doesnt send it but everyone has said that they never respond. I either want the product that I have purchased or my money back. At this point I cant get either because there isnt a response back.Initial Complaint

I ordered ammunition from this company 3/19/2025. My card was charged. Ive made numerous attempts to contact (email, text, and voicemail) to resolve this issue as my product was never shipped/delivered. They sent an email 3/28 stating that the order would ship out the following week. It did not. Now this company is ignoring attempted contact. I ordered 500 rounds of .308 rifle ammo and 250 rounds of .45 ammo on 3/25/24. They said the .308 would be ***** days. I was ok w that. The .45 ammo came in about 3 weeks. It was supposed to be shipped next day. The .308 ammo has never shipped. I have called them over 30 times. I have left detailed messages every time. No response or call back, ever. 4 weeks ago, someone actually answered the phone. He found my order. Apologized that it had been "lost". Promised it would ship next day, and he would throw in a couple of ammo cans to "make up for their mistake". It has not shipped, and they will not answer the phone. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company, but they can not get them on the phone either. The .308 ammo was $ ****** +$ 65 shipping. I just want my money back and for them not to be able to steal from anyone else. Any help would be appreciated.Initial Complaint

Ordered ammo back in march. Only email I have is that I would get an email once it shipped. It said it could take a month or two so was patient and patient. By end of July my patience was gone. Western Montana Tactical is an ammunition store. I purchased 150 rounds of ammunition from them online on July 26th, 2024. As of today (September 25th, 2025) they have yet to ship my ammo and refuse to refund my purchase. It is impossible to get someone on the phone It's clear to me (and based on other ****** reviews) that they are scamming their customers.
