On 3-13-2024, I placed an order online for 750 rounds of 308 and 1 ammo can, cost ******, little bit of a wait though because of high demand, figured it was worth it. I called on 4-12-2024 to check status of my order, a gentleman answered I gave him my order #*****. He said it was going to ship next week, I asked if I could add to it, he said yes and it would go with the rest, so i added another 250 rounds and 3 more ammo cans, cost ******. Total now $802.56. Well April went, still nothing, I tried calling, no answer no response. Tried Email our service was glitching so they may have got it a few times, finally got an email response about it being in queue and should go out by 5-6-2024. Here we are almost another month later and nothing. So many of these complaints I have read are pretty much the same. I want my product, if you can't produce it give me my money back.Initial Complaint

Placed order on 03/18/24 for 250 rounds of 308 Ammo with understanding that it would be shipped within 28 days. It is now over 45 days and have been unable to get a response from WMTTC after numerous attempts. Desire to get my ammo or a refund in order to place an order with another supplier. Concerned that this company is scamming people. If they are legit, they are doing a very poor job of communicating with their customers. Paid $734.60 to this company on 02/28/24 for 1000 rounds of .308 (order #*****). As of 04/25/24 still have not received my ammo. Almost 2 months and nothing has shipped and nobody has reached out to me regarding my order. I have sent 4 emails asking for an update, called more times than I can count (nobody has ever answered), and even text them with zero responses to all of them. I get that maybe they are behind on ammo shipments, but customer service should be responding to people. $734 is a lot of money specially in todays economy so when I spend that much I expect to get what I paid for. I placed an order on Jan 17 2024 they billed my bank they sent me a email saying my order was received I waited about a month and heard nothing I tried to call no answer I emailed no response another month went by I emailed them again they sent me an email saying the order was in queue I waited nothing happened I sent another email and they sent me a email *****,If you pull up your tracking tonight you will see and update in location.*** WMTAC Team I waited nothing I have been sending emails daily with no response. I placed an order on 1-11-24 for 250 rounds of 308 ammunition. On 2-15-2024 I received an email stating Your order has entered the picking queue and has been assigned a tracking number. This means your order will soon be checked for accuracy, packed, and shipped. Usually this is within the next two business days. Check your tracking number after that time for updates. On 3-11-2024 I followed up inquiring about my order to which they replied, "****,I understand where you are coming from. I'll have your order out by the end of the week.*** ***** Team"It has been two more weeks and now they will not return my emails. I want a full refund immediately.
