Filled out application 7/14 did bank verification and signed documents got email stating Congratulations thanks for completing and signing. Two days later no money deposited and when i check says pending. *** received text, call or email asking for more info. This company claims same day funds. What a joke. This company is the worst company I ever received of a cash advance. I try to borrow money from cash advance now and they deposit the money into my account and then reimbursed it. Then, when I contacted them, they told me they had a glitch in their system, which it will be worked on, and they, the funds would be in. I contacted them again. The phone was still not into my bag And then this been going on for four days. They told me it would be in today. I felt like this is a scam company and Im calling. I called them to have talked about the concern. The receptionist the person that answered the phone is so rude to answer questions thats dealing with my situation. I at this point. I told them I deal that want the funds anymore. They will tell me I have to accept the funds and then reimburse it back to them. I say Ive never heard such thing like that. At this point I told them I will be contacting my bank to block them from any funds to be going into my AccountCash Advance Now

I have been contacted by someone claiming to be an attorney and a court case has been filed for a loan from cash advance now that I know I dont have. Was informed that a warrant will be issued. Nowhere on any of my credit reports does this exist. How can they do this!!Cash Advance Now

Unlawful practices of cash advances I had applied for a second loan with this company and was denied I tried a third time and I was denied mind you that I had applied a month earlier and on my first installment I paid the loan in full so when I tried to get another loan I was declined, well out of the blue without signing any documents not stating anything about this amount of money that got deposited into my account $457 I don't know where this came from I had to do my research before I landed to these people mind you when the money did hit my account I was in shock I did not know where it came from because I just had my 341 bankruptcy meeting today so I could not possibly have applied for a loan because anyone that I had been applied for had declined so here's my question you cannot just put money into people's account unawarely and they don't know anything about it they are going to sign any terms they don't know how much the cost or anything don't even know when the first due date is this is unlawful and I don't feel obligated to pay the money back and if I do have to get it back they will only get back with you gave me without any penalties in it my terms of returning it to you I am really ****** about these illegal practices I thought way more better about this company but not anymore what is this about and how can this be lawful that you can just put money in people's account and then the man that they pay it back and then sign no kind of documents you can't show no documents or anything on this amount of money and furthermore I would have never got this much from them because I knew I wouldn't be able to head back and forth you would not have me paying thousands of dollars for $400 okay you do help people out at the time but you truly robbed them at the end and that ain't happening hereCash Advance Now

Hello, So I have screenshots of what was originally agreed on via loan agreement. Now I will pay off the loan amount borrowed which was 700 with no interest rate as that is criminal. I'm not paying an additional ***** you guys are freaking high. Having me sign a new loan to change to bi weekly payments which I also have screenshots of my agreement and you guys taking out money just like that because someone from your team told me I was on weekly payments.
