    We arrived at our usual soaking time and the new desk person took our money, then told us to come back 2 hours later. We've never had an issue until yesterday. He was rude, lied to us about when we could soak ( there were two people already soaking in the pools), told us we couldn't use one pool for the two of us, as we've been doing the past 5 years. It's this one employee who said his name was ***. Probably lied about that as well. We want our $30.00 back. This is so unfortunate, despite the ramshackle condition the place is in, we enjoyed the curative waters. Very disappointed.
