    I ordered a t-shirt off of this charity site. There was not to be any reoccurring charges.. Now I am getting charged weekly if not bi-weekly for membership fees that I did not agree to.

    Prior to Cinco ******* I purchased a shirt via a ******** post. Stating free shirt supporting our rescue, you just pay shipping. So I did that. The shirt arrived, all was well. the promo mentioned a 21 day free trail of their subscription I then find out a few days later that they in fact charged my account for $29.99 claiming I signed up for a subscription. I have contacted customer service and they refuse to refund me, and will only cancel future transactions. So they stole $29.99 from me, and in return I got a tee shirt that didnt even arrive by the holiday I wanted it for.

    I saw an ad from this company on ******** for a free T-shirt for six dollars and some change got to shirt. It was just like it was described in pictured. I didnt purchase anything else or sign up for anything and I just saw 2999 charge on my bank account.

    I purchased a t-shirt from a company prior to St. ******* Day that was supposed to be free. I ended up paying shipping and handling and then a month later the company charged my account $29.99. When I reached out to the company and explained that I was never informed of this charge, their explanation was "Most people, once they realize that their money went directly to saving dogs are fine with this policy. " I am not ok with this and I explained that, however this company refuses to refund me. I have already unsubscribed to all of their information, but I would like my $29.99 back as it was never stipulated anywhere when purchasing their "free" t-shirt that I would be charged this fee.

    I Love Doggos Has me as a subscriber and keeps charging me monthly fees . I never subscribed and can reach no one to cancel. I will have to try to get my banks assistance next.

    This company had a ******** ad that promised a free insulated cup with purchase of shipping. There was fine print that said you would be charged after 30 days and entered into a monthly membership. I never received the cup although I paid shipping and I was charged $29.99 twice! The first time I was charged i reached out and asked if I could be refunded and to cancel my membership. They sent a message back saying that any associated orders would also be canceled and how did they want me to proceed. I already stated that I wanted my membership canceled so it should have been canceled. Because I didn't get the message till later they have now charged me again. So $66 gone from my account and no cup and a membership that i don't use or want anything to do with. Also how could a free cup be tied to the promise of a membership which it wasn't. I was supposed to get the cup before I was even charged. Still to this day no cup. I even have ny emailed receipt where it says the cup is free and i paid for shipping and nowhere in this receipt does it warn about if membership is canceled cup will be canceled. Beware they are scammers..

    I purchased 2 shirts from ************************** for $6.97 each. One shirt I was charged for on 9/30/2024 and the other on 10/1/2024. I was then charged $29.99 twice 3 weeks later, once on 10/21/2024 and once on 10/22/2024, I have no idea what the second charges were for and they are not responding to emails. I purchased them through a ******** ad. Please let me know what my next step should be in recovering the total cost of $59.98.Thank you!*** ******** ****************************************** ************ *********************

    I ordered a t-shirt in June, 2024 for the cost of shipping which was $6.95. I received the t-shirt in a timely manner. This amount was charged to my checking account. In July, 2024, I was checking my on-line account and noticed that the amount of $29.95 had been charged to my account. I have tried to call the business several times and left a recorded message, but have not heard from them. I did not approve the $29.95 to be charged to my account. I would like a refund of the $29.95 since I was unaware that I would be charged for a membership.

    I subscribed to their hero club and got a tshirt that I paid the shipping on, I got the t shirt but when I went to cancel the membership I couldn't find a way to do it online. I went to their website and it said to email them. I emailed them three times in the past two months and have never heard anything back from them.

    On June 2025 I placed an order for a free Tee shirt, only to pay shipping, with We Love Doggos, an animal charity. My checking account was debited in the amount of 6.97 on June 13th 2024. This was the cost of shipping. I received the product and it was fine On July 4, 2024, my checking account was debited again only this time in the amount of *****. I attempted to contact We Love Doggos via email but have not heard back. I looked at their website and found the ***** is a monthly subscription fee. I did not agree, nor did I sign up for a subscription. I have sent 3 emails requesting cancellation and refund.on the following dates 07/04/24 07/06/24 07/08/24 I cannot contact the company by phone as no phone number is listed.I am requesting my issue be posted on your website as well as your assistance in getting this subscription cancelled and obtaining a refund of *****.*************************** ************ *********************
