Deceptive business practices. Just look at all the reviews. They prey on unsuspecting people with their 10% fee. What type of business alienates their customers immediately so they never want to use their service again? This one.

The 10% fee is NOT listed in the summary of charges. Red flag number one on how this business tries to hide it. The terms is a tiny window where mention of the 10% fee requires scrolling in this tiny space. Again, a red flag that they are trying to hide it. I have never had a booking agency charge this fee, and therefore, I will never use this company again. Avoid them at all cost,
