    I was pre approved for a 2020 terrain with a $2500.00 cash down payment, two weeks after I signed all the proper paperwork Corwin had my car repossessed and I was left on foot 60+ miles from home my first payment wasnt due until April 8,2024 now they wont answer me or give me my down payment! They humiliated me, intimidated me, took me for everything! Im not a happy customer they left me in tears!

    Corwin Motors Kalispell *****. Dishonesty and rudeness are daily norms. Salesmen lie to get a deposit, and then dont return deposit. I gave 1 star because thats lowest rating available. They do not warrant even a 1 star.

    I have spent $3000 in repairs on a car I bought from Corwin in June, it's now October. Steering issues, bad breaks, bad battery, alignment and other problems.

    Complete scam artist, bait and switch sales. I contacted Corwin Motors as *************** Book recommended them. I was looking to sell my 2016 ****** Tundra with ******* miles on it. I sent pictures over and had a phone conversation about my old work truck and its dents and dings, and what we thought its worth was. I live 2.5 hours away and didnt want to waste a trip if the price wasnt right. We settled on the lower end of $18,000. Via text message the representative told me we should be able to get the price I was looking to sell for. I asked if they needed any additional pictures or anything to verify price and the deal was struck! Or so I thought. Upon arrival all seemed well, then the used car guy comes back with his number. Stating they would only pay $14,000 for the vehicl, citing hail damage to the roof of the vehicle would cost $4k to repair. Odd that there is only hail damage to the roof- not the hood? Definitely no hail damage to the vehicle, general construction dents and dings, per my disclosure. I charge $125/ hour as an HVAC company and sent two vehicles and personnel to make this sale based on text message arrangements. I asked if you needed anymore pictures to assess the vehicle and you did not request them. I would request full compensation for time spent on this endeavor. I have other buyers that will pay $16,000 for the truck but chose to drive to Corwin as they said they would pay $18,000. They convinced me into driving there and expected me to take a lesser value as I had driven so far. I am not desperate for the money and in turned walked out the door. Complete bait you there and then switch the price.

    this is not the meaning of bait and switch. in this situation, we are the customer as we are purchasing a vehicle outright from the customer. this vehicle's condition was not represented properly therefore we gave the customer the choice of taking less money based on the actual condition or we respectfully declined to purchase it.

    we will not compensate you for misrepresenting your vehicle.
