    On Dec. 11, 2024 I went to Big Sky Denture Group to have my dentures repaired. While waiting for my denture to be repaired I was talking to the denturist and he informed me that the repair probably wouldn't last more than a year and he recommended that I have a new set made. I asked if my insurance company would help with the cost. The secretary called Humana and was told Humana would cover $1,500.00 of the cost for the new dentures. The denturist told me I would have to pay the full price($2,700.00) in advance and assured me they would reimburse me as soon as Humana paid them . I paid half right then and paid the remaining amount due when I picked up my dentures on 1/22/2025. At that time I asked if ****** had paid them the $1,500.00 and they told me Humana had not paid them. I called Humana and talked to them and was informed that Humana had in fact paid Big Sky Denture Group on 1/15/2025. Humana called the denture office and Big Sky Denture Group told ****** that the payment went to a third party and they had not received the payment ,so they couldn't reimburse me. I have called their office every week and keep getting the same story. The denture office say the payment went to their office manager, but no one can get in touch with her. She wont answer the phone or return e-mails. Humana has called an additional two times and keeps getting the run around. $1,500.00 might not be a lot to some people but my wife and I only have our social security to support us, so it's a lot to us. I don't know if you can help us with this or not but anything you can do will be greatly appreciated.
