    Total jerks. 11 yrs ago got solid dentures from them. Went again to them and received immediate dentures after showing my Humana card. They accepted. Humana refused , the immediate dentures have lost 6 teeth in two years and I will never pay. Lost my teeth in 1985. Told me the almost paper thin dentures were an improvement in acrylics. I am not a scientist. Went to have realigned - refused because I had only paid 500$. Well guess what. Thats all they get. Would love to see them in court. Its called Elder Abuse. Love for them to try to collect 1 cent. Fraudsters.

    **** did a horrible job, he had me in the denture mold for 25 min. I know I moved my jaw, consequently top dentures are too big. Bottoms are not aligned with top, so tight 2 of my own teeth are moving up and out. He also told me that ******** of Montana policy is to give a darker set of bottoms, it was a lie. Now I have white tops, dark lowers. So embarrassing. Air and theif, my personal opinion. He got his money, working on getting free dentures thru him out of Big Sky Dentures

    I received a set of dentures from Big Sky about a year ago, and it was a disaster. Have not been able to use them. The guy that made them was a total jerk and couldn't have cared less if they fit or not. I'm in the process of going through another denture clinic to see if anything can be salvaged.

    I purchased the hygiene denture starter kit cleaning ultrasonic machine for ****** I received the machine but none of the other product were in there that was included,(adhesive, toothbrush,cleaning tabs, adhesive remover) I tried contacting them 3times buy phone left message with the office lady,never contacted me I emailed them 4times the last threatening to cancel payment,than an email bk just saying your other product with be there shortly,2wks went by I did the same left mess, emails 5times asking for a refunded,never once ever contact me bk & I got a package today in mail with only the adhesive, remover in it that's it,& my ultrasonic machine stop working the 3rd time I tried to use it,so now I'm screwed out $ out cleaning stuff. horrible & I'm disabled on a very limited income ??
