      I signed a purchase agreement on a 2008 motorhome with bretz a few days later I was diagnosed with cancer I called bretz to tell them I won't be able to purchase the motorhome due to my health I even told them I would bring info from my doctor to prove it my financing has not gone through yet and all they said was to bad you bought yourself a motorhome I even told them I would let them have half of my ******* money for their trouble but still got to bad you bought a motorhome

      We purchased a Momentum Rv from Bretz in ******** that had a local Rv show in our home town of ********* in February 2022. We picked it up in ******** at Bretz show room in March and drove it home and parked it in our shop.We planned on a month long trip to ******** and Nebraska starting mid June 2022. On our trip I caused an accident when I swung wide to make a uturn and hit a sign post causing damage to rear bumper and drivers side of Rv. No biggy as thats what insurance is for. I stopped in ******** ** as we passed through to try and get an estimate but they wouldnt take 30 minutes of their time to do that , they said it would be 2 months for them to have time to look at it. I didnt make one then because we needed to finish our trip before I could make an appointment.During the rest of trip we had 2 blinds fall from windows and 2 that fell loose on one side so they bound up when pulled up or down so couldnt use them.The tv quit working towards the end of trip. Also a 2 ft piece of trim fell off near the tv that needed stapled back on.Now I called Bretz in ******** July 20 and made an appointment, now for September 14, for a ***************** the service writer to go over everything, bare in mind ******** is 120 miles from *********. I made the trip and did walk through with him but then said your leaving it right. I said no Im going camping next week but can bring it back in 2 weeks but he said you dont have an appointment for then and a service technician will need to look at it also before any parts can be ordered. I was finally fed up with the run around and drove home.I decided to call *** and set appointment after I got home and cooled off but still got the run around as they couldnt schedule me till October 18. And if I get there by 9am I could take it home that night. I was going camping for hunting season that weekend. Thanks for not working with a customer *************************** unit cost more than 150 thousand dollars and they still treat you like s***

      i do apologize for the delay as i was on vacation.  i will be in contact tithe the service centers in question on Monday.  This has been a crazy season where the shops have been backed up and is not uncommon for repairs to take excessive time to get infor scheduling.  From autos to boats to home appliances to doctors and rvs, the wait times have been increasing.  I do hope to have better news when we get back in the office Monday and will follow up then.  It is never our goal to have customers have to wait for repairs, especially when they just bought something.

      I have spoken to our Service Manager *******, and she assures me she has spoken with the customer last week, rescheduled to be within a time frame and on a day that works for them, and should be able to address all issues on the day it is dropped off. ? 

      There appears to have been some confusion with the communication from one of our service advisers prior, who ******* has spoken to for future situations.   Lynnise has given her contact information to the customer in case something arises but stated we should be in a good place for taking care of the issues with the RV.     Here is the service managers contact information just in case.   ******* at ************ ext:  11300.  If for some reason she is unable to answer our Operations Manager is ************************* at ext:  11197.   We hope to resolve this quickly for the customer.

      Purchased a used ** in October 2021 with extended warranty and GAP insurance. We stored the ** for the winter. Used it one time for a quick weekend trip in June 2022. Found that the frame was cracked completely in half and right side of ** was sagging causing issues with the door and siding. Bretz advised us to claim it on our insurance because it would be deemed a total loss and we could just get out of the situation. Insurance totaled **, we received a refund for extended warranty and GAP paid the difference. We are out our down payment and 8 months of payments and don't have an **. Our complaint is that Bretz treated us like it was entirely our problem and took no responsibility for the broken **. We trusted their expertise and that they had done a thorough inspection (we later found out that frames are not part of a used ** inspection). We feel that Bretz should be taking some responsibility for the broken ** that was sold to us, but so far the only calls we have received from them since our camper went to the salvage yard have been from salesmen trying to sell us a BRAND NEW ** that would require another sizeable down payment and higher payments.

      We bought a brand new fifth wheel from Bretz in Nampa ID and the refrigerator does not work. I made attempts to contact there service department and they took nine days to reply. In the mean time I went to another dealership and they have been trying to get the warranty work done but the manufacturer of the refrigerator just keeps making us jump through hoops. I tried contacting Bretz service manager four days ago and have not heard from them. Horrible customer service. All I want is a refrigerator that works.
