      Not the place if you are looking for relief from Mental Health. Not only is the therapy subpar and strange; the billing team, specifically ******** and ******* are completely unqualified for their job. This all started with my first ****, which was marked for collections. Being my very first invoice, I called to inquire to why it was already in collections. *** stated it was a mistake. Then in Sept 2021, I was charged in full when my appointment wasn't covered by insurance. The denial reason was the provider was not in network when the charge occurred. I had been seeing the same provider since starting therapy in June. I had to call 5 times over the next 2 months to even speak with someone and kept being promised to get a call back. No one called me. I called back in March to file a grievance with a supervisor. This is when ******* finally called me back and we discussed the errors on my account. The denial, and one day I was double charged. I was told she is working on it, and I would not have to pay anything since it was their error. Today I received a new **** stating my account is overdue. I called again, and today they fixed the double charge over the phone after months of me calling to report it. Still no resolve for the charge insurance did not cover. No one will call you. They do not care about your mental health and that is very clear.
