    Had gutter guards installed in September of 2023 and paid the deposit of $2000 with the remainder to be financed. Instead of financing the remaining $4600 they charged it twice to my credit card for an additional 9200 in charges. I have been waiting since September to be reimbursed the extra $4600 to no avail. ******* the salesperson says she has no control to help but to work with **** the owner. Numerous voicemails and text messages but no response at all. Not sure what my options are at this point but if needed I will file a claim in court. **** please advise.

    I had Spartan Gutter Guards install leaf guards on my gutters in April 2021...I have issues with these guards, and have made many complaints to ***********************, the installer for the company...I talked to him in May 2023, and sent him a few e-mails, each time he says he will be taking care of the complaint within 3 weeks...As of today he has not showed up to take care of the problem..I have a full lifetime guarantee on these leaf guards, but the guarantee is no good if I can't get the problem fixed...I paid $2,995. for the guards, and in one e-mail I suggested if he did not want to come fix them, to return 1/3 of my money and I would get someone else to fix them, and we could cancel the lifetime guarantee on them, of which I did not get an answer..I figure 5 months is long enough to wait for something that is guaranteed to be fixed...I would really appreciate any help i can get on this matter...Thank you very much...********************* ************....

    My name is ******. My next door neighbor is *** ***. *** had work done on his house in I think September 2022 - I dont have the exact date. Spartan was here in our shared driveway for two days doing the *** home. The second day a person drove into the driveway and in doing so ran over my window well damaging it quite severely. The window well is crushed possibly allowing water to flow into the well, the window wrap is damaged and deformed and the photos show a clear ***** on the concrete surface from the vehicle. *** *** was a witness and he told me about it that day when I got home from work. He tried to contact them (Spartan) after our discussion and they would not respond. I made contact with the company awhile later, several weeks I think and the person said they would get back to me. Nothing. I called again several weeks later and the person said the owner was out of town but would get back to me and again nothing. I am uploading photos of the damage. I am willing to settle with this company either through them paying a contractor to repair the window well to original or to settle directly the estimated repairs

    On December 15th last year, *********************** from Spartan Gutter Guard and an employee of his came out and started doing work on the gutters on my house. **** was unable to finish the work, and promised to come back out in January to finish it. Since then I have talked to ****** (his assistant) and **** six more times scheduling dates for when he would come out to finish the work, but he doesn't show up when promised. My mistake is that I paid **** the entire amount up front for the work. **** told me that he was having a cash crunch and he begged me to pay him the entire amount up front, so I agreed to do so.

    I had **** the owner come and tell me about why his gutter covers were superior than other well-known brands. He gave me a powerful sales pitch, and his prices were 3 times higher than other gutter covers.**** showed up on time, and did the work himself. Immediately we had rain in ********, and the east side gutters leaked terribly to the point where the dripping water broke up the concrete sidewalk below in addition to water damage in the *****. As soon as I saw this, I contacted ****; and he came out and fixed the problem. But it wasnt fixed. Over the course of a year, he came out and attempted to fix the leaking gutters. Finally, I had the covers removed, and another well-know gutter guard company come and install their product. Problem fixed! When I contacted **** about how his gutters actually caused damage, he said that the guards he installed were not effective with my type of roof. He said hed be out to fix the leaks on the west side of my house. This was a year ago. To date, I have sent him texts, voice messages, a message with his company at Farmers Market, and a certified letter. No response. Nothing.As of this writing, the ice icicles and the leaks under the guards are damaging my house.
