      I am writing to express my deep frustration with the customer service and business practices of this car wash. Despite numerous issues with non-functioning vacuums and inconsistent wash quality, my most significant concern stems from a billing issue following the cancellation of my membership.After initiating a cancellation request, I expected the matter to be resolved promptly, especially given that there had been no further usage of the service and the cancellation request is on record. However, despite this, I have continued to be billed and the company has refused to issue a refund.This experience highlights severe deficiencies in their service standards and reflects poorly on their business ethics. I would strongly advise against purchasing a membership with this car wash, as their practices appear to be both unreliable and unsatisfactory.

      I been paying for service & NOT getting it. Ive called on several occasions to main contact when I dont get my full service but yet Tidal Wave is getting paid. This makes about 3-4 times I have contacted Tidal Wave about not getting my full service. I didnt get refunded nor did situation gotten better. Every other visit to location,I get full service. And thats not business when money is being drafted out my account. This is an ongoing situation since I been having this package.I tried several ********** has not been resolved.Calling HR doesnt help. They dont assist customers at all on concerns such as mines.***** in *********** ** is the ************************* from ************** manager had no concerns nor care. I definitely canceled service.
