    Purchased the riverside retro on May 3rd. Got it home. .y wife was cleaning it to prepare for a camping trip, she called me at work to tell me the floor is rotten by the bed and full of mold under the recently installed linoleum. Floor now needs to be replaced. Same issue found in entry way which wa smashed by a carpet. The toilet drain neck " which was serviced" had toilet paper with f**** on it . They never cleaned it or checked it.the shower recently installed has no caulking. A plethora of issues and they don't respond when present with pics and emails. Sad we gave them 16k they exposed my wife and 10 month old to black mold !!! Not only a health hazard ,illegal !!! It was the owners sons camper so to claim they were unaware is a lie.

    STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Once they make the sale they No longer care!! We were sold a class C and those are very expensive! As soon as we pulled off the lot the emergency brake dinging noise wouldnt go off so we have to listen to that the whole time we drive it and nobody can seem to fix it! The interior light in cab inside the cab wouldnt turn off and it s very bright making it hard to see to drive. The right mirror was damaged and they knew that when we bought it and instead of having it fixed for us as the promised they ordered us an aftermarket one and told us we would have to take it somewhere else and have it put on. The air conditioner has stopped working and they told us to bring it in after it sit there for a week they told they didnt have a master tech so they couldnt look at it. ***?! Its been one thing after the other with this dealership! Bottom line we were sold a lemon. Unless you want to deal with problems like this steer clear!

    Dont believe the naysayers. Uwharrie RV has new leadership, new staff including technical support and we could not be happier. We made a major purchase and the manager ***** and staff ****** ****** ***** and Master Tech ***** **** over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. This team could teach a master class in customer service for RVs. Thanks team for all your hard work and support!!

    BUYER BEWARE! We were treated pretty well before the sale (reason for 1 star rating!). A few items did not work or was missing. We were promised these items while we completed our transaction. We were told the ** Windshield wipers were not needed that we had asked for but were given them anyway. They were the wrong size! We had a malfunctioning propane tank gauge & a missing table cup holder. The most important item was the main control board for our **Master Control ********** was promised on day 1. It took over 2 months to get this. I was told by 3 people at UWharrie that they were ordered several weeks prior BUT they would never give me a Tracking Number for the shipment from ***** **** (the manufacturer) said two items that were ordered for our ** was ordered & sent to the dealership at different times much earlier yet UWharrie said **** was incorrect w/their information. I believe ****! The lies, deception, & poor customer service after the sale is so wrong. My ******** would have never done business with UWharrie! Finally, when I was tired of the ***************** I asked for the Owner's information. The ** told me that he forwarded all the information to the owner & that it was being reviewed. YEAH, right! When I asked for the phone number, name, & email address of the Owner, I received a generic UWharrie email address ONLY! So I sent an email to the general email address that was given asking for a call & also for the other missing contact information......CRICKETS! I know that generic email address was sent to the dealership & caught the ** in more deception. I just wish there was a way for me to find the owner contact info myself. I will keep trying because the DECEPTION is bad at the Dealership. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from aggravation, money, time, etc.! Take your business elsewhere! I am sure the ** will try to respond to this BUT BELIEVE ME, it will just be more FALSE Statements! Wow, never dealt with such a bad business!

    100% satisfied! It was a little scary, as an older female, traveling 5+ hours sight unseen to get an Aliner camper. But I had researched the camper, and the dealership to make sure they were legit. Even researched their finance company (they were good too). Process was seamless (rare) from financing, picking up camper and signing papers, being given instructions and answering questions, to Brian (salesman) following up to ensure I received license plate in time (I did). Brian was wonderful and all the staff were very nice and helpful. Venturing to buy a little camper and taking a long road trip to pick it up was the first of many adventures for me! Happy camper!

    It couldn't have gone smoother. My salesman, *****, walked me through the whole process and had approval in no time. I drove 325 miles each way for a great deal on an Aliner Scout Lite. Everything was ready when I arrived. It's not like me to purchase site unseen, but since it was new and I'd watched lots of videos and followed Aliner owners, I took the ******. ***** proved to be as trustworthy as I'd hoped. ***** explained how everything worked and patiently answered my questions, since I'm a camper rookie. Lol. Everyone was so nice. I've reached out with a question since I've been home and got a quick response. Once you've purchased product some people no longer care, but not true of them. I read complaint that someone had trouble getting their tag. I suspect that is not the norm and have faith that too will go well. This was a big endeavor for me, thinking what could go wrong. But thank God it all went right. I'm excited about my future camping adventures! :)

    If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased my rv on 6/21/24, it is two months later and I still dont have plates. Called Opus and they did not get them paper work for 40 days at ******** was issuing late fees. Found out today that it will be maybe another three weeks before this paperwork will be processed making it three months with no plates. And ***** has the nerve to hang up on me

    This is the worst place. We bought a new fifth wheel from them. First trip out the fender blow off. That was a year ago, still no fender. Plus we have metal showing on both side, their solution is just cut it off. Bad water leak at slide out, well it's you. Can't wait to get rid of it.

    My husband and I bought a brand-new camper in September of 2022. We used it for a total of 4 nights when it was stolen from the storage facility 6 months later. We returned to Uwharrie and they could not have treated us any better. We purchased another unit which was an upgrade. They went out of their way to help us with the pricing as there was a deficiency from what our insurance provided. We are more than satisfied and love our new camper. I cannot understand the negative reviews I have seen, because we were treated exceptional from the first to the last purchase.
