Had a week to have camper ready (my bank had sent them the monies)and when we got there they were still getting it cleaned up. 4 hrs later they said it was ready but hadn't fixed 3 things on it. Suspose to call me back about wraped cabinet doors but never did. They put a Marine Battery box on it (holes in top for ventilation), box filled up with water-they show have known better. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Do not recommend Uwharrie. Purchased a brand new camper, had issues with hot water heater, stereo speakers, warped door, no spare tire and some other issues. Long story short, our camper has been at Uwharrie for 6 weeks to get these issues taken care of, and still nothing! We are 4 hours away so its not easy ti ************ and see whats going on with it. No one knows what is going on and I have asked 5 different times to please put me in touch with the owner. Since purchasing this brand new camper, Uwharrie has had it longer than we have! Unless you have a lot of free time and dont mind getting the run around, dont mind paying for an camper that you cant use, and just throwing your money away to an ungrateful dealer, I wouldnt go there!

I solely understand the frustration but unfortunately we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. I personally spoke with ******************** yesterday and explained that to him he was not happy with the answer that was provided. The warranty claim was submitted and it is waiting for an approval. The GulfStream plant closes for several weeks during the holidays. We have employees in place that the owner does not need to be bothered with something that is out of his hands. Numerous times I have explained that to *********************. We are just like every dealer in ******* when there is a service issue we do the necessary procedures and wait on the manufacturer to make the approvals. Its service and unfortunately service takes time.

Customer purchased second camper from **. Initially purchased pop up and then came back to purchase something bigger. We helped in many ways so the customer could trade in the unit. After the first month customer had the new unit, they recognized a few items to be addressed. We explained to them that this is the reason the manufacturer gives a 1 year warranty to work out any kinks. The disconnect between Uwharrie RV and the customer was when we were told what we needed to do and then said we would have to pay for their gas and then signs of buyer remorse appeared. Explained to customer that we have to work with the manufacturer to order parts and get warranty repairs approved. Being that the time frame the customers unit was brought to us was during holidays and manufacturer shutdowns, extra time must be allocated to get responses and parts from manufacturers. Customer is not understanding of the process and wants what she wants. Five different employees have been in contact with her to explain and cater to her situation. We have a concierge service department for our customers and only service units that we sell. If this still isn't good enough then we may not be the dealership for that customer and manufacturers setup dealerships strategically across the country to make sure there are plenty of options for service. Hopefully one day we can reunite again under better circumstances.

In my 53 3/4 of existence on this planet i have never had such a horrible experience with any business i have ever, ever dealt with had such a poor experience. 1st i had my camper dropped off with the guy that brought it.(NOT HIS FAULT) ***** the owner told him to drop it off in the middle of the rd. And leave it. Twin harbor, by the way is only up the road, had on ******** for who ever that camper belong to needs to move it. 2nd i had a brand new 2022 camper with a dead battery and the salesperson(Cashina) would not even respond to my text.with the dead battery i could not even get the tongue down or the **** levelers. I went to try and find the power cord and it was missing. I spent $120 on one from Amazon. I ended going to a marine place down the rd. To get a new battery. I looked for the sewer hose and it was missing.the title is also missing. I was really frustrated by now as the salesperson that promised me the. World in text messages would not even respond and as of today she still has not responded. I went to the place and talked to the new salesperson and gave him a note(and my number) for the owner ***** to call me. That never happened. I had no choice but to try an attorney and try and go to small claims court, i hired ******* and ******, PLLC and i was told that all the text in the world would not hold up in court. I gave them a certified check for $39,000. Good as cash. I guess i am S.O.L. I can say one thing, i will never ever do business with this organization again and if you do, well good luck. What a bunch of CROOKS. There must be a reason they went through 3 salespeople and a manager all in a week and a half. If there was a place for a negative star they for sure would have got it from me!! Now they are calling me to get the title and do you think i am gonna help them, absolutely not, never ever. All i can say Is buyer beware. You may want to shop and compare!! Merry Christmas.

Zero stars, worst experience of my life. I have never been so angry and frustrated. I live 4 hours from them, we settled on a price and a pickup time a week in advance. I left at 8 am and told them when I would be there to have the paperwork and ** ready for the walk through because I had a long drive home. They tried to squeeze another $2000 out of me and did not pull the ** out to inspect it until I got there. I found a few minor repairs and waited for them to complete them and the paperwork. I was there 5 hours, I was so ready to get out of there that I didn't even notice that they didn't do any of the repairs. They told me they filled the gas up, but it was only half full. I got home at 11pm.The main problem was my tag, which I should have had within a month. It took 13 weeks! I called several times checking on it, they tried to say it was the ***'s fault. The *** told me they were holding the tag because the taxes were not paid by the dealership. They dodged my calls and never returned a single one. Someone named ***** told me at one point that the taxes were paid so I wrote a review detailing my experience because I thought my tag was on the way. It wasn't and ***** later denied even talking to me. It took several more weeks because they were apparently just messing with me at this point because of the review. I know this because *****, who was it charge of processing the tag, let it slip while he was cussing me because I was calling so much checking on my tag. I caught him in a lie several times. I finally got my tag after threatening legal action after 13 weeks. Worse experience ever.
