    Do not use D&H Service. I have had my ** in their shop three times for propane-related issues. All three times the ** sat in the shop for three weeks before anyone touched it. After weeks of waiting, I would start to call and push them, only to have the job quickly wrapped up but the problem never fixed. These three visits have cost me over $3,000, and they cannot even help me with a warranty claim. We have a 2022 Regency **, and D&H is one of the few places certified to work on these nice units. Do not, and I repeat, do not use D&H for service.

    If you expect good post-sale customer service, do not buy from D&H. One year ago I bought a $65,000 travel trailer from D&H. Over the course of this year I have had to work with their service department to get several warranty issues resolved, as well as a fiberglass collision repair. Unfortunately, my experiences with D&H service have been pretty terrible.The service department does not publish their phone number, only an email address, and my emails routinely go unanswered for a week or more.For my fiberglass collision repair, I scheduled many weeks in advance to leave the trailer with them to get this fixed as well as a laundry list of warranty items. They knew this is my primary residence, yet somehow at the end of the nine days they hadn't even started on the fiberglass repair because they were trying to get the right paint in. The ** was basically new. They did not have to get special paint because nothing had faded. And they could have communicated with me about this before the day I came to pick it up, but they failed to do this.I had to come back and leave it with them again for another week or more, and when I came to pick it up, they told me it was not finished. No communication with me at all about progress or status while it was being worked on. Really no respect for my time and displacement from my home.While my ** was with them the last time, they promised to send me a replacement shower head, because the one in there had a warrantable problem with it. It has been now at least two months and they have not sent it. They are also not responding to my emails.I'm not sure what to do and I'm very disappointed. If you want reliable service on your **, I encourage you to look elsewhere.

    We planned on stopping at ****** center in ************ ** for their open house this past weekend and arrived a bit after closing hours on Friday. We did however meet ************************* (sales and service) and he welcomed ** into the D&H like we were family members. The following morning we spoke with several of the sales representatives on hand for the Special Event and checked out the top notch inventory. We arrived in our 10 year old Northstar Igloo 9.5 which required repairs as soon as possible. After discussing the details with **** and ********************* who both were very welcoming and attentive, introduced us to *********************, one of the owners.**** listened to our needs and went out of the way to make arrangements for the parts and services we required.That allowed us to continue north (to reach family as soon as possible). We arrived at the ******** location after speaking on the phone with The parts department and ********************* took over from there.They have the expertise needed ( thanks to wonderfully skilled service personnel and ********************* amazing abilities to think outside the box.In remarkable time we are now back on the road and safely heading to family.
