      My uncle purchased a timeshare. I was put on the deed. I tried to work out something with Gold Point to sell it back. They did not have any help for me. They were sending me a hardship package when I revive a collection on my credit report. I have tried to dispute but since my uncle died I have no way to fight it. I offered to pay in full to get it removed, but they say they will not take it down. They have horrible customer service.

      Meridian debt collector company put an active collection to my credit file and my finance. *********** Resort has reverted my deed back to their company. We never stayed a day in this timeshare and they said Im responsible for maintenance fees. We totally disagree because they fraudulently sold my personal information to a debt collectors, after they said that my information will not be given to no one after we signed this contract. That was a lie people are calling me everyday while Im at work. Now Im on probation probably get fired from all the phone calls and lies from Kings creek resort/ Meridian Financial. I would appreciate if this collector removed this off of our credit before we take legal action.

      This company put an active collection to my credit file. This collection belongs to my father. When I called and explained this to their customer service person, she told me she could not help me take it off unless I gave her my fathers current phone and address .....he is 88, senile..and living in a nursing home. Why is it my responsibility to prove that this debt is not mine - they should prove that it is and they refuse to do so.

      ********************** send my annual dues with out sending me a ****. Kings creek accepted their part in falsely sending my **** to collections and reimbursement was sent to me back what Meridan financial charged me. Although Meridan continues not to release the derogatory credit report on my credit report.
