  This company gets one star. I had a leak in my bathroom which required new tile, new shower and vanity. It took forever to get done then the poor workmanship appeared with cracks around the toilet in the tile. They would not take responsibility for the work and blamed my floor for being uneven. I tried and tried to work it out with them for months. They would not respond to my calls or texts. I finally got someone else to fix the problem for a cost of $300. I am not sure why they would not fix it and rather get a one star review for $300. The other company had no problem installing the tile properly and evenly. In addition they charged my insurance company for jobs they did not do. Removing the mirror,removing the light and removing the upper cabinets. I will be contacting my insurance company regarding the fraud. Remorseful in ********

  Terrible communication. They plowed through the work and ended up causing problems, and then refused to fix them. Charged extra for things the itemized bill conveniently was silent on. Sure the work was done but they must really not respect themselves to do poor quality like this. Shame on them.

  The company took $11,000.00 and failed to do the job. As of today it is doubtful that the company will return the money.

  Garbage business with garbage customer service. They steal your money, leave your job unfinished for over 18months, refuse to honor their work, and STEAL! They have my money for a job that was supposed to be completed in March of 2022. This is august of 2023, and I still have a hole in my floor and they refuse to contact me or answer phone calls. They blamed me for the long delay on completing my job even though I said I do not care what costs are, I just want the job finished. They got upset that my insurer would not pay them profit and overhead and then had a two month gap of communication whatsoever. I asked for a refund in may and this is august and I still do not have a refund. I will be settling this in small claims court. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Stay far away. Read reviews *************** these people please.

  ********************, as your well know, we have been in constant contact with you; in text, email, and on the phone. As a matter of fact, I last texted you on Friday (8/25/23). These platforms are frustrating for legitimate businesses because folks like you are allowed to openly slander companies with tons of vigor and zeal and zero proof. I realize that it's a part of doing business, but it's still frustrating. We've helped thousands of other customers get their homes put back together after an insurable loss without issue and without unresolved complaints from them. What's different about your job is that you wanted to make a profit from your insurance company and wanted to railroad us in the process. Attempting to bully us into doing a muli-thousand dollar job for less than $600. When we refused, you disappeared for over a year. Then you popped back up a earlier this year later again demanding to have your job complete. We are a legit, professional business with real customers who want and often need good work completed, not games played. You wanted to underpay us for the job, have more than was approved by your insurance company completed by us for free, and put money in your pocket while doing so. Because we wouldn't go along with your schemes, here we are. It's a shame that you're so upset that we refuse to take your job on that this is where you resort to taking out your anger but such is todays culture. We take our jobs seriously, our customers seriously, and their complaints seriously. I wish you would do the same with your actions and words. I wish you the best sir.

  As a retired administrator, I am a hands-on manager when it comes to a project in my own home. Home Again Renovations was highly recommended and they were able to recommend and gather other businesses to help accomplish my project. Home Again Renovations was instrumental in working with my insurance, needed resources, and work crew. The project began on time and finished well. It was necessary to make sure each business involved communicated with each other as each business was busy in itself having other projects, too. I found it helpful to ask questions and stay well informed. With work crews in high demand, as well as resources and projects, the work crew and Home Again Renovations staff were professional, timely and very accommodating. I highly recommend them and if ever theres a need, I would call them again. They totally deserve 5 stars.

  We had an awesome experience with Home Again Renovations! Everything was very timely. The estimator was very personable and very detailed in his quote. The tile installer was excellent, speedy worker, very precise. The company worked with our insurance adjuster, and we actually came in under the predicted cost. This was my first experience with house repairs and ******* helped me through every step. If we need any future work, Home Again Renovations definitely has our business.
