    O stars. Worst customer service and completely patronizing. I pre-ordered for Halloween for twins in late August. No show. Asked for refund, since there were no baby boy clothes left. Was told i was given credit, since “I couldn’t find anything i liked on the site”.
    Waited and ordered Dec 6th for Christmas as it stated it was in-stock…. Showed up in late January. Wasnt worried as we live in the SAME STATE.
    This place is an utter scam. The clothes look cute, but they have no idea what they are doing and are too shady to do the right thing and refund.

    The absolute worst customer service. The absolute worst for order fulfillment. I did a “preorder”. Policy states it would take about 30 days. It took over 60! By the time the order arrived (it was for Halloween) the holiday had passed and my child was a completely different size. They do not respond to emails except with a generic response. Will never purchase from here again and highly recommend others to avoid.

    I waited the 30 business day preorder term as indicated when I purchased my item. After 35 days, I emailed the company, emailed them again, and then sent a message on IG. No response. So I filed a claim with my credit company and of course received a shipment notification right away. ?? the item is adorable, but please do not purchase from this company.

    I wanted to leave 0 stars! My order was placed over two months ago and still no delivery or update! I've emailed them multiple times and had no luck with ANYthing. They've left me hanging with no resolution. They've ripped me off! ****** "company"!

    Every review you read here is accurate. They won’t keep my review up on their site. I ordered a few items. It took over two months to receive anything. No communication. I had to file with my credit card for a refund. How awful to prey on new parents. I don’t care if your clothes are cute. As a mom of a newborn, I have limited and precious time and am angered I’ve had to waste some of it on these negligent “business owners”. Someone needs to shut them down.

    SCAM. I placed an order on September 5th that said preorder item. I waited the estimated 30 business days for shipping before contacting them as their website suggest. I also emailed as they noted that would be the fastest way for a response. Never got a response. The first week of November I emailed again asking for a phone call since there has been no communication. Still no response. I left a review on their website calling them potential spam since no communication and no product. I also commented on their instagram post of the item I purchased saying I wished I would like to know if I like the item or not but I don’t have it or no one will communicate with me. After that they direct messaged me on instagram, which by the way their website tell your not to communicate with them on, asking for my order number. I screenshot my order number with review. The response I got was my order had already shipped. I asked for a tracking number and they viewed my message without responding. They went on their website and deleted my review and hid my instagram comment. I still don’t have any more information and they are a terrible company.

    Just like everyone else, bought something and took forever to make it and no communication after emailing multiple times. Sounds like everyone else has the same issue - they take your $$ but never send anything. Stay far away.

    I ordered an outfit for my child August 28th for Halloween. It was a pre-order item. I emailed multiple times inquiring about an update and never heard back. I received shipping confirmation for my “spooky” Halloween set today, on October 31st! Why bother?!?!? I have never written a negative review in my life but save your money and energy and don’t order from this place!

    My shipment is over two months late. No response from customer service. This is a scam. Ridiculous to take advantage of people like this.
