    My friend and I ordered from here. It’s been months since we received our order. After both of us reached out over email several times and either getting the same automated email or no reply at all we resorted to going to the boutiques Instagram. Here is where we saw other unhappy customers who like us havent received any response or packages.we also commented on the posts asking what was going on. A few hours later we checked and our comments along with the other comments were deleted. We commented again and so did several others. Long story short after commenting on several of the posts from them over and over again our packages magically shipped. We all got a shipping email sent. I don’t have much hope I will receive my package and I’m sure the money I spent along with all those other mamas money will not be seen again. Just a warning. DONT BUY from Baybay Boutique. She still is deleting comments and reviews.ITS A SCAM!

    This company doesn’t deserve any stars. I placed an order of almost $200 at the beginning of September. Never told me it was a preorder until I got my confirmation email that the purchase went through. It’s now been OVER 30 days and I’ve gotten no communication back from them, in fact they continue to delete all my social media posts and refuse to reply to me. BEWARE and do not bother with this company.

    Been waiting over a month. All their items are “preordered” which gives them the excuse to take over a month to ship. I did t realize this when placing the order. I can’t believe a business would think this is an okay way to operate. Customer service took 3 weeks to respond only to tell me they have no update. Want to support a small business but this seems more like a scam.
