  Diaz has done several excellent upholstery projects for us. Our pontoon total bench upholstery. Then our antique 1968 C10 bench seat, currently doing our polaris slingshot. I highly recommend this business.

  Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and no respect for your personal property. We had to file a police report after no communication and lies about our property

  Job was completed. Yes it took awhile due to things that were out of our control . Carpet was installed /completed as paid for and customer came to pick up job .

  Buyers beware! Brothers **** Upholstery in Wilson NC is an absolutely horrible company, zero professionalism, they will take your deposit, give you assurances and promises and then completely cut all communication with you. They have had my seats and my deposit for 2 years with no resolution, tons of lies, excuses and deception. I will preface this by saying that I have known ****** and ********* *or almost a decade and due to our friendship, I was blind or tolerant to a lot of the issues that are listed here and that I gave much more benefit of the doubt that I should have. I also have over 150 screenshots of text and ******** messeges as proof for every bit of this review, as ****** and ********* refused to answer my phone calls to 4 differentphone numbers they provided. I gave ****** **** a deposit of $1200 to start work on custom leather seats for a project car I have. We had messaged back and forth for 2 months before settling on a design, colors, finishes, styles, etc before he quoted me a final total price of $1800. I met with ****** **** and his wife ********* (both are listed as part of the company) on November 28th 2020, to deliver seats, heated seat kits for everything, along with a cash deposit (which I received an invoice for). ****** originally told me in writing that a project like this would take 1-2 months to complete and I was satisfied with the stated time line. My only stipulation was that I would like to receive progress photos, as I am documenting the restoration of the project car, and that if there were any questions or concerns pertaining to tye project, I asked ****** to please contact me to resolve any confusion whatsoever. Every few weeks, I would send a message asking about progress, to which I would receive a response as to why it was taking longer than usual. These responses and the delays did not bother me, due to the car bot being completed and I was not ready to install at the exact moment. A few months turned into a year, every few

  Poor time management, poor communication none for that matter. Request money in advance just to take longer than originally quoted.
