On 2/28/23 I signed a contract for replacement windows for my home.
On 03/15/23 I emailed to get the status on the windows and got no response.
On 03/21/23 I again emailed as to the status of the windows and was told the manufacturer had stated it would be one to at most two weeks before they were ready.
On 03/30/23 I received an email stating that the supplier had reached out to All About Roofing stating that the windows would not be ready for another 2-3 weeks.
On 04/19/23 I emailed to check the status of the windows.
On 4/19/23 I received an email stating that the windows were due into the supplier on 04/28/23 and that they were planning to install on 05/01/23.
On 04/26/23 I received an email stating the windows were in.
On 05/01/23 Windows were delivered to my home and the installers notified my husband that they were 4" to big.
On 05/01/23 I received an email stating that the install will not be done today due to issues with the material. In which I responded that the wrong size was ordered and I have waited two months.
On 05/01/23 I received an email stating the company would arrive at my home between 9am-10am to get the correct materials to install the windows.
On 05/02/23 Two workers showed up and sat in the truck approx.30-45 min. and then started unloading ladders and tools, I went outside and stated that I did not want them to start removing the old windows until the correct ones were delivered. I was told he was calling his boss.
On 05/02/23 Another truck with windows and lumber arrived and I inquired what the wood was for as he was unloading, I was told because they had to build out the framing on the house to make the windows fit because they were not the correct size. I stated that I do not believe this is the correct procedure.
I then received a call from the office stating that they did not want to install the windows because I was to difficult to deal with and the salesman called and began yelling that I am unhappy with everything.

The company refused to install any windows claiming I would not be happy with anything they did.

We knew this complaint was coming because she threatened us multiple times throughout this process. She was a horrible person to work with. And we 100% have the right to fire a client that is nasty to our employees. We have video recording showing her yelling at our guys and calling them names such as "r******". She was told in the beginning it would take 2 weeks for the roof install. It was 3 due to weather. Yes we came up short on materials for the install but we went and picked up the materials needed and finished the install the same day we started it. We wanted to fire her as a client then because of the way she treated our crew during the roof install. However, we had already ordered the windows so we decided to finish the project. We communicated with them on multiple occasions in regards to the windows. We can not help the wait for materials on custom made windows. The wrong windows were delivered and we quickly came out to verify and was back the next day with the correct windows to install. Yes we brought wood, as with most window replacements the wood is changed as well due to rot/damage. All of this was explained to her and her husband by Jeremy. I also have several call recordings of her threatening and being down right mean to our office staff as well. Bottom line is we do not have to take being treated this way because they hired us. We feel that we made the right decision by packing up and leaving their property. No one deserves to be treated in such a manner and shame on them for thinking they can treat people so horribly all because they are paying them. We do hope she learned a valuable lesson throughout this process. Treat people kind, this world is already cruel we don't need to add to it.

I am rejecting this response because:

My complaint had nothing to do with the roof and the only continues to harass me by calling and texting.

Bottom line they ordered the wrong windows and took no accountability for their error.

My complaint did not include the installation of the roof/gutters so I will not respond to the business allegations and fabrications.

I signed a contract for replacement windows in which the company ordered 9 windows that were the incorrect size,

Also my home has 11 windows which would have made the order 2 windows short.

The only communication I have on the windows is email in which I was always the one to inquire. Any said "recording" of a phone call is completely fabricated.

After being told they were not going to install windows by Michelle and Jeremy ( because they were not correct),I am not understanding why Jeremy is calling me and sending me text messages after telling me "I'm to difficult to deal with.

Jeremy was reaching out to you so that you both could talk and come to an agreement. You can give us a call at the office so we can hopefully come to some sort of arrangement that benefits everyone involved. Thank you

I prefer not to have any communication with the owner/owners other than email form.

We would like to know the exact amount of monetary gains you are seeking?

    Customer Answer

    Date: 05/17/2023

I am rejecting this response because:

As stated previously I lost two days of pay due to the mistakes with the windows.

After all of the slander against me I am not interested in settlement from you at this time as I am exploring other avenues.

All of the responses have been factual on my part.
