    Been a **** customer for several years. Since new ownership,I have receivednothing but poor poor poor service. I have been Charged Thousandsof dollarsfor Bookkeeping and Accounting which wasn't performed correctly. My books wear Off by thousands ! My closing statementsdidntmatch at all. My taxes were Not filed at all Or Late. Every single year had an amendment or extension. Even they forgot to do my taxes and if I didnt ask I would have never known!! My expenseswere off and multipleillegal mistakes were made which I do have a proof of. My emails and requests were ignored and my account neglected untilit was too late. In November I had to find someone else to fix years of **** mistakes. After reaching out to them I was contactedby the "New" owner that turned out not to be an owner at all, just an acting manager. After explainingthat all I want is a refund for services not provided he immediately told me that he doesn't have they money and he is not responsiblefor those mistakes as he just bought the company... After consultingwith *** attorney I reached out again and ask for proof of buying the company *** been told its not really happened but maybe it will in future. Than I have been told that They are Not responsible for anything at all. I was told by " New Owner" that I shouldn't waste my time and money because they way everything is setup is that they take no responsibility of work they are performing. Then he explained that they work is performed as "received" ? Witch means that they assume what is what and never ask any questions. The Accounting that they book is different that you ******* verifications of transactions and no common sense. In 2 years **** have never reached out to confirm any transactions and did all "bookkeeping" and 0 accounting.After speaking with a 3rd party ************* and Seeing results of **** work I am only hopeful that I dont end up loosing my business because of them.

    I got charged $50 by this company on 8/27/24. I have never done business with them. I had to report it to my credit card company and then get a new card and spend hours changing my card with numerous vendors (plus when I didn't get my new card for a week, my gym charged me a $19.50 nonpayment fee). I called **** ******, who supposedly handles the credit card charges, to find out how this could happen, and he never called back. They credited me back on 8/28/24, but of course I had already had to cancel my card. I'd really like to know if they are harvesting card numbers and charging them $50 to see if they're valid before charging larger amounts.

    Our business has been targeted by credit card fraud. As soon as we see fraudulent charges, they are reversed the same day.

    We recommend to anyone that this occurs to that they need to change their credit card number as someone has stolen it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They claim that somebody is running stolen cards through their system but are unable or unwilling to provide any evidence (they told me in a text that somebody was running cards through their site en masse) when I asked for it. They could send a copy of all those charges and the refunds they say they issued. Also, I did not have any other fraudulent charges on my card. I dont believe them.

    I've communicated with this person that the fraudsters have unfairly targeted our business with credit card testing.

    I've attached a file showing we have refunded all transactions asap.
