  Been a **** customer for several years. Since new ownership,I have receivednothing but poor poor poor service. I have been Charged Thousandsof dollarsfor Bookkeeping and Accounting which wasn't performed correctly. My books wear Off by thousands! My closing statementsdidn'tmatch at all. My taxes were Not filed at all Or Late. Every single year had an amendment or extension. Even they forgot to do my taxes and if I didn't ask I would have never known!! My expenseswere off and multipleillegal mistakes were made which I do have a proof of. My emails and requests were ignored and my account neglected untilit was too late. In November I had to find someone else to fix years of **** mistakes. After reaching out to them I was contactedby the "New" owner that turned out not to be an owner at all, just an acting manager. After explainingthat all I want is a refund for services not provided he immediately told me that he doesn't have they money and he is not responsiblefor those mistakes as he just bought the company... After consultingwith *** attorney I reached out again and ask for proof of buying the company *** been told its not really happened but maybe it will in future. Than I have been told that They are Not responsible for anything at all. I was told by " New Owner" that I shouldn't waste my time and money because they way everything is setup is that they take no responsibility of work they are performing. Then he explained that they work is performed as "received" ? Witch means that they assume what is what and never ask any questions. The Accounting that they book is different that you ******* verifications of transactions and no common sense. In 2 years **** have never reached out to confirm any transactions and did all "bookkeeping" and 0 accounting.After speaking with a 3rd party ************* and Seeing results of **** work I am only hopeful that I don't end up loosing my business because of them.

  I worked with the original owner of this business for many years. We had a close relationship and he was a trusted financial advisor and friend. I referred family and friends and other businesses to him over the years.In 2023 he retired and sold his business to *************************. A series of challenging event ensued. Upon submitting all my tax information in March of the year, I was told my taxes were complete and filed in April. I was billed by this firm for filing my taxes and paid the invoice in May of that year. They told me what to pay and I paid the *** (federal and state) directly. Over the next several months I made many requests for a copy of my tax returns and never received a reply. In mid-September I was given taxes for a business that was not mine - a big breach of privacy of that business. They apologized for the mistake and still didn't produce a record of my tax returns. I continued to ask.Finally by the end of September they let me know my taxes had NOT been filed in the spring and submitted them on September 15. After submitting, CFO sent me an invoice. I told ******** that I wasn't planning on paying the invoice due to all the mishaps and problems and chaos of the situation. At the end of October 2023 I got an invoice for the *** saying I owed another significant amount of money plus penalties and fees. At first CFO refused to speak to me. Then they informed me that the error was indeed their fault and suggested I should pay the ***. I requested that they pay the penalties and fees and requested that they correct my tax returns and get me an updated copy. They never responded and never complied. This was the most unprofessional, unrelated, and irresponsible experience I've ever had with a financial institution. I am now encouraging everyone I know to avoid this accounting firm.

  We have had several interactions with ******************* and to see this review is disappointing.The previous owner informed ******************* her taxes were completed and invoiced her earlier in the year, before taking ownership in July 2023.We first heard from *** in August and upon confirming her taxes were not filed, completed this work. Between completing her taxes, communication, and such, we charged her $40 for several hours of work.*** reached out to me after receiving the invoice stating she would never pay it. At this point, we ended the professional relationship. Throughout the change in ownership, we have had 3 clients choose to work with another firm, reflecting the excellent service and quality we provide.
