      In August of 2021 we entered into an agreement to have a pool installed by Infused Elements at **************************************************************. At the time the house was on the market and the owner of Infused Elements, ***************************, was made aware of this fact. ********************* of ************ Realty, referred ** to ***** as he had installed a pool at her house. The purpose of entering into the agreement was to get ** in his queue in the event the house did not sell by October 15. A clause was put into the agreement allowing for cancellation by ** by 10/15/21 with a full refund of our $12,000 deposit. As the house went into contract to sell we cancelled on 10/13/21 and requested our refund. Through various communications ******************** told ** our deposit refund was to be sent soon. Soon didnt happen.In October, 2021, he texted that the refund was going to be overnighted to **. This also did not happen and now I see a prior BBB complaint from October 2021 that he settled by returning $10,800 for a returned deposit to another person. Im suspect he used our money to pay off this person or he spent it for other purposes. This was the beginning of our long ordeal.Since then ******************** has returned $10K of our $12K deposit. To try to work with ******************** we set up and he agreed to a payment schedule that would have given ** our full refund by now. ******************** made several payments but never on time. At this time ******************** still owes ** $2K and 18 months have gone by since our cancellation. During this time ******************** has provided numerous excuses including him being ********** sick, ex-wife issues, truck broke and customers not paying. He has also on several occasions said payments were being sent out and they never arrived. The last failed promise was 4/6 when he texted he was sending a check tomorrow didnt happen. He may have good intentions but he is not good at managing his finances and is less than truthful in his communications.

      On May 16 2022 we paid ***************************, owner of Infused Elements $10,400, the required deposit for the pool shell through East Line Pool and Spa ********* **. On the 26th of October 2022 we paid $3200.00 to order travertine couping, which we never received and don't know where it could have been ordered from. The 13th of February 2023 the pool was delivered, placed in the back yard and a payment to East Line Pool and Spa was made in the amount of $21900.00. The next day 14 February 2023 *************************** owner,request a draw of $3500.00, my guess for equipment rental and labor to set the pool. A month later, 22 March 2023 the pool shell was finally set in the excavated hole. The temporary fence that had been erected when the hole was dug had not been re-erected after the pool was set. I re-erected the fence after he stated in a text he would do it but never showed up after numerous text messages. The 30th of March 2023 backfilling was started to the point of cut in's in the pool and another draw of $2000.00 was made. We texted on the 6th of April requesting a schedule on working/finishing our job and and received a text on the 7 April stating he was having family issues and would be back at the job that day but he was a no show. I texted *************************** owner, on 11 April 2023 asking when we could expect him back at our job site and have not received an answer. Based on the continued frustration with the lack of communication/transparency, we decided it will not be wise of us to proceed. We have paid $41000.00 for a pool shell in the ground only, no pool equipment, plumbing, electrical. *************************** owner, said from day one the money was 100% refundable but at this point "IF" we can communicate he lies. It appears we now must find a contractor that will provide the balance of equipment and finish our project.

      Contracted with Infused Elements on 5/29/2022 to concrete stamp the front and back porch of my residence. A price of $5,130.00 was agreed upon, and a materials deposit of $2,500.00 was paid via check. The work was supposed to start within 8 weeks. Since that time, I have received nothing but excuses and sad stories about his 35 years in business, his divorce, his children, how bad his business is doing, etc. He even mentioned he was going to borrow money to pay me back the deposit, even sent me a copy of his bank balance. Several times he agreed to return the deposit, this was communicated via text message, phone, and even one time in person. No service has been performed to date, no refund. I don't trust him, he is dishonest. I need help to get my money back. Thank you.

      I contracted with Infused Elements on 5/23/2022, to install a stone patio at my home. Mr. ******** (owner of the company) was given a plot plan with area diminutions and what was to be installed. A price of $16,500 was agreed upon and a deposit of $8,000 was given to Mr. ******** to purchase materials. Installation was to begin by 7/10/2022. Since that time, I have received nothing but excuses as to why the work was never started. I asked for a return of my $8,000 on 8/29/2022. He agreed. To date I have received nothing, so I am contacting you for help.
